I found Dr Roxanne Wu to be an admirable person, very proficient in her profession and easy to talk to, a good listener, and genuinely caring. Dr Wu's rooms are very well appointed, clean and inviting. Sharon at the reception desk was very friendly and helpful, allowing me to take a couple of chairs outside for my husband and me to sit with our pet dog Benny, in the shade of the private carpark with a little garden nearby and neat grassy areas just outside at the front. Sharon even kindly came and let me know when it was nearing my turn to be seen by Dr Wu. There are coffee/tea making facilities and drinking water available while you wait. A nice welcoming touch, indeed.
Dr Roxanne Wu is not only a highly professional and skilled surgeon, she has the most incredible human touch. She saved my life. I, and anyone I have spoken to about her, praises her to the highest. Long may she go about her business fixing her fellow human beings.
