I approached Dr Hardman as a 52 year old needing braces some 8 years ago now. I had such a crooked upper bite and I never smiled in photos. He was compassionate and explained the procedure to me. I had treatment for 2 years. Loved the result. Staff were so friendly but professional. I would highly recommend Dr Hardman.
Regret of choosing here. Although the reception was nice and helpful. The techniques Peter used was outdated and didn’t suit my case where TADs should apply. The 1/3 treatment I received causes my jaw moved clockwise more and takes effort to fix later. By the way they charged me half of the treatment price where when it is not even close to half way. Besides the temper of Peter was big and has an arrogant attitude and was not patient to patient AT all.
Have come here for a couple of years now. Just had my appointment mis-booked, have made the journey here for nothing and have had to re-book. When this was realised by the staff, Peter was very rude, offered 0 apology, and with regards to any question I had, a rude answer was offered. I have no doubt his orthodentic work is great, but the customer service from from him specifically is awful. This is not the same from the other members of staff that work here, all of the office ladies and assistants have always been extremely plesent, wish I could say the same for Peter.
Highly recommend Dr Peter Hardman. My son had a partial cleft and Dr Hardman did amazing work on his teeth. The admin staff were VERY patient and accomodating I forgot appointments and arrived late often and needed help with sorting out other admin Very grateful for this team !

The nurses are super nice and friendly, having a straight teeth boosted my confidence level, now I’m not afraid of smiling with teeth out at the camera, thanks alot to the team
Couldn’t ask questions without being spoken down to, wouldn’t disclose fees freely! Didn’t speak to my daughter on how she was feeling and just told us this is what is to be done and asking questions was met with ‘that’s the ways it’s always done! Rude and unprofessional practice manager! Took our business to someone who talked to our daughter and treated us like people not the next pay packet!
The practice has such a wonderful team, each one of them is so caring and friendly. Thank you so much.
