What a pleasent experience...this practice has a completely new team and it’s obvious from the moment you sit in the chair. Professional, cheerful and thorough should cover it all, but there’s an extra ‘something’ there..maybe ...team spirit. Sim, a charming Canadian/Australian lady had every mouth health aspect covered in the exam checking for indications of more serious issues...I’ve never had that before! Scott the senior dentist successfully adjusted a partial denture in a few seconds that I had previously been told to replace, as it was so uncomfortable.. so none of the ‘rip off’ element either!! ...and..all completely covered by the health fund..

You know the drill (pardon the pun). A chunk of tooth ends up in your food so you end up in the dentist chair. So, here I am in the ‘Divine’ chair faced with three options; remove it, fill it or crown it. I chose to fill it. I don’t use needles so you need a fair amount of trust in your dentist when you climb mountains without ropes. Andrew removed the old filling (what was left) and went to work on what he called a major filling. He was gentle, professional and more importantly spoke to me about what he was doing with each step. In the end the bill was about the same as anywhere else but the experience was way more pleasant. Yeah I know, who puts dentist and pleasant in the same sentence? Anyway, thanks guys, I’m an extremely happy camper. I have also chosen to continue eating, so I'll be back.

Very happy with my treatment this morning. Lovely staff. Numbness has gone & I don't have an ounce of pain after having a tooth removed. I highly recommend them. I won't ever go anywhere else again..
