I will never go there again and I do not advise anyone this doctor is too expensive, she speaks from a height without putting the patient in anything and do not respect his opinion. the feeling that you are her little child and she pokes you how you need to do and build your life. disgusting behavior is her condemnationrelatives causes vomiting and unwillingness to see her again. after several visits, nothing has changed in me, only the feeling of wasted time and big money. no one go to her
Could not agree more with similarly rated reviews. I’d also love to offer a zero. She is so incredibly driven by money and highly self Involved. Had a 10 minute phone check during lockdown because I’d asked a medication question and was then served with a bill for $360 or some rubbish like that. Forget that. Didn’t pay and will never see her again.
Definitely do not recommend - driven my money not patient care/well being. Very negative experience. I was seeing her on an ongoing basis. I paid one invoice a few weeks late and she blocked me and refused to see me or talk to me. I had been seeing her for over a year and paid every other invoice on time. She also talked about herself a lot - I heard a lot about her kids private schools and expensive ski trips!!!
I was very disappointed with the experience before even having an appointment . When I arrived, Natalie denied she made it for me over the phone 2 months ago. She could not find any traces of payment, though she did make it and processed deposit, and we even had a lengthy conversation with her at the time of booking. Luckily I had a proof of payment of the deposit, so I was able to get a refund. But I was hurt with Natalie being rude and annoyed and implying that I was imagining things. She practically ran away leaving everything to the new young receptionist who was great. I waited for this app for 2 months , but did not re-schedule as I can't imagine having a trustful conversation with the doctor who handled that situation so unprofessionally. Never come back again.
Perplexed by the negative feedback here...I have seen Natalie for the better part of a year. She was incredibly intuitive from the beginning, is practical with her advice so I have been able to find resolution for things other doctors have dragged on for months without any resolution. She is a friendly face I'm always happy to see, warm and relatable making it a comfortable space. She will continue to be part of my life and I couldn't speak more highly of her from working through serious matters, to maintaining a clear and healthy mind.
Had a pretty negative experience with her and then when we raised everything we felt honestly andspecifically, she responded in a third person email asking us to never contact her offices again, and this is after providing a prescription for meds ! Terrible as far as dealing with confrontation, would never recommend her as a mental health practitioner, clearly has no skills to manage negative feedback.
If I could do 0 stars I would! If you ever find yourself being sent to her for an I.M.E. ask to see somebody else, 'that is your right'. When she did my examination, I may as well of not of been there, oh hang on, she did need me there to write down the exact opposite of everything I had told her. When I got my copy of her report by asking for it from the insurance company Under the freedom of information act. As I read through it, I was constantly shaking my head in disbelief of what I was reading, because wasn't kidding when I said she wrote the complete opposite of everything I had told her. And it didn't take long from bringing her name up with other Doctors and Specialist that she is known all over Melbourne even by other people in the field that as soon as they hear the name behind the I.M.E. report that was done on me, they just sit there shaking their heads. And I asked if they had heard of her and majority just said that they have had quite a few patients come to them after suffering from her unprofessionalism. Oh yeah, another thing that came to mind was when I went in at the start of the consultation, I said "I nearly couldn't find the place due to you not having any signage at all up about her practice" and she said "I don't need it, as I am so flat out anyway" Or something of the like. People need signage for many reasons, and the main one is to be found, if your busy or not. After getting my bogas report that I was told not to stress about because she is very known in the medical field to write untrustworthy reports, and that her report would not stand up in court anyway. And I also came to the realization that she would obviously create people that would probably go back to see her after what she does to people, playing with their lives to make a quick Buck...she would probably be doing 3 month leases where ever she is, hence the zero signage. That last part is all an educated guess!!! EDIT: Gee the '5* FUSSY FELLOW' doesn't come across as written by somebody writing from Dr. Natalie Kraps. 2yrs he wrote in the Q&A section and 3yrs ago in the review section. As for FUSSY FELLOW writing that it's only scammers writing bad reviews. Tell that to my 3 Spinal Surgeries that I have had to have as a result. I would go into much detail, but there is only a limit to how much you can write here, sorry.
Worst experience I have ever had with a so called health care professional. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone in any circumstance. She is unsympathetic, cold and lets her ego get in the way of helping her clients.
Beware if seeing her as an IME! She left all of the important stuff out of the report and twists other stuff around. Her description of me was very unprofessional. She may seem nice to your face but she is not!
I found Dr. Krapivensky to be an excellent doctor. I've to to tell you some of those psychiatrists out there should be sitting in the patients chair but this lady is all together. Look at her website and seriously consider her if you were suffering as I was.
