Every single one of the people who work there are super! They are friendly, professional & knowledgeable. Who ever does the hiring at that place you're doing a great job. Thank you to all the staff! Everyone has helped make the make it much less painful.

I saw Dr Grey and she gave me a very comprehensive run down on what vaccinations I do and don't need for my trip to Vietnam. Did not rush the consultation or try to scare-monger me into vaccinations that are not necessary. Provided additional advice on first-aid pack to take and other precautions relevant to my trip.

Been rudely treated by the senior reception woman as my son was crying and vomiting. No help obtained but been told to vomit outside??? Unbelievable, this is not how you treat your customers who spend $400 to get a injection?!

Very caring and professional from the receptionists to the doctor. I have a needle phobia and Dr Deb was very accommodating. She was also very informative and I felt no pressure to buy certain jabs or medicines if I didn't want to.
