Dr Berman has got to be one of the most thorough, gentle and communicative dentists I have ever had the pleasure of going to. He makes sure to tell you exactly what he is doing every step of the way, and ensures that you feel the least amount of discomfort as possible whilst still providing a thorough and high standard of service. My teeth genuinely feel like new every time I get a clean from him, and when I got my tooth taken out he made it as easy and clean as possible. Would 110% recommend anyone, especially those who are afraid of dental machinery, to go see Dr Berman.
Today was my first appointment with Dr Brian Berman. His caring approach made me quickly feel at ease. He conducted an initial dental examination that was noticeably more thorough than I had experienced with my previous dentist. The staff were friendly and curious, again noticeably warmer than I experienced at the previous dental clinic I had been attending. My overall experience was refreshingly pleasant. I recommend this clinic as being a highly professional and courteous dental practice.
Highly recommend!! The entire team are wonderful! Anne in reception is always so friendly and both Dr Lits and Dr Berman are caring and gentle. They really look after their patients and take the fear away from visiting the dentist.
Attended Dr.Damon Lits & Berman's on Thursday for a well overdue visit. Service was outstanding from reception to surgery. I highly recommend the entire team. Dr Lits did a fabulous job, thankyou.
The words "scale and clean" used to fill me with trepidation - this has always been a very painful process for me, however since visiting Dr Berman, I've discovered that this doesn't need to be the case! I now look forward to my dental appointments and can't recommend this practice and its friendly staff more highly.
Seriously, I just had the best experience in going to a Dentist this morning. Dr Damon Lit, he is so friendly, funny and make you feel so welcome. Brilliant as to how he explains the process, procedure and his staff are 5 star. Jorja so friendly, professional and greets you with a smile and at the same time make you feel relaxed. Julie was very knowledgeable, friendly and explained the breakdown of the treatment I had. I will now be coming to this Dental Surgery for everything and already booked in my 6monthly check up and clean.
This was my first visit to get a clean by Dr Brian Berman. Having sensitive teeth makes going to get a clean very stressful! But the care and skill shown by Dr Brian Berman, made it as if I hadn't had sensitive teeth at all. This allowed Dr Berman to do a thorough clean between my sensitive teeth, one that I hadn't had in a long time I do go regularly to the dentist. Others just did a surface clean. I thank you, and so do my teeth!
Such an amazing team! Starting with Anne, at reception, she's always friendly and helpful... it's a delight to see her! Juhi, the dental assistant is caring and softly spoken, she always makes me feel calm and well looked after. Finally, Dr. Lits is the only dentist I would trust with my teeth. He's relaxed, loves a chat and always has the tunes playing. Contrary to what others may associate with visiting the dentist, I often leave Dr. Lits feeling calmer and happier than I did prior to my visit. Couldn't recommend more highly!
Dr Damon Lits always makes me feel calm throughout every procedure, especially when he plays my favourite music! He skillfully fixed my front tooth and the result was perfectly colour matched like magic! His needles do not hurt at all, as he operates with precision and gentleness. I love the layout of the practice and all of the people employed, including Anne at reception and the friendly dental assistants.
I recently visited this practice for a general check up and clean. Friendly and welcoming staff made me feel very comfortable. In particular, Dr Berman was thorough and gentle in his approach, taking into consideration any pain or discomfort experienced. He gave a clear explanation of relevant concern, leaving me with an understanding of how to prevent further harm. I will definitely be returning to Dr Berman.
