Estelle the receptionist was quite rude today on the phone. She was informative but kept talking over me/cutting me off while I was trying to communicate to her. I understand the health system is under a lot of stress, but it doesn’t take much to be kind and listen to patients who are being nice and respectful.
Do not recommend this clinic. The level of customer service here is not acceptable. My mother went to visit Dr Van Nguyen and with his abrupt and dismissive attitude and his need to cut her off while trying to explain her reasoning for visiting, he managed to make her cry on her birthday. I do not appreciate this and professionals who are dealing with customers on a regular basis, should learn to be a little more patient and kind because you never know what someone could be going through.
My experience at this clinic was appalling it started from the receptionist attitudes toward customers as well as arguing amongst eachother about work details. To seeing the gp Dr. Van Nyguen who was inpatient and did not give me a chance to speak without some sort of disruption. He had an attitude not suited toward customers as he was easily angered once I tried to explain my conditions. I do not recommend this clinic.
I have seen Dr Van Nguyen for the last couple of months he is not type of Doctor to tell you what you want to hear but he tells you the truth he tells you what is best for you whether you are ready to hear it or not he is straight to the point and I like that no sugar coating just great I will not be going anywhere else plus all of the staff are very friendly and helpful why go anywhere else .Thankyou to you all .Gwen Betteridge
We went to the super clinic for a cardiologist referral for my daughter, when we went to check in they proceeded to tell us that the cardiologist wasn't their today and that they tried to ring me and left a message but matter of fact they sent me an appointment reminder and to confirm my attendance. I went through all my call log, texts and emails and made sure i had the right details with them and it was all correct and zero message or call or email stating the cardiologist wasnt going to be there. Instead of saying sorry for the inconvenience they just said we can rebook you but little do they know we have to travel an hour just to see the cardiologist, take time off work and travel with 2 kids. Im not happy I understand everyones busy but the job needs to be done better.
Made a appointment with this clinic . For 12.10.pm didnt get in to see the doctor till 1.10.pm We Only came to this clinic because other clinic was fully booked out. This was the first and will be the last time I will ever go to this place again. Get to reception to arive for booked appointment and fill out forms. To then have the receptionist ask why I was seeing the doctor.??.. ummm wait what?... The receptionist wanted to know what was the reason as to why I was seeing the doctor.? Um.... #1 that is personal and you are a receptionist and are in a public waiting room with other people around who are listening in on conversations. #2 I dont have to give you a reason as to why I'm seeing the doctor, you are a receptionist and it is very rude and invasive to be asking people to tell you what is the reason as to why they are seeing a doctor. #3 Patient confidentiality is one of the most important pillars of medicine. Protecting the privacy of a patient is not just a matter of moral respect, it is essential in retaining the important bond of trust between the doctor and the individual Not the receptionist and the individual.
So far I have been ringing to return their call, at their request not mine, and I have not even been put on hold. It rings until it rings out. Absolutely ridiculous and I’m very aware of medical shortages atm, but it’s been over the course of hours this morning, and now in my lunch break.
Reception didn't check me in correctly. Waited a long time and had to ask what was happening. Nurse is really good, my Dr is no longer there and I won't go back again now.
I saw a female doctor today, she made me feel belittled, I have a goitre in my neck which makes it hard to breathe, and she said it's not bad, I have seen bigger. And to go to work you're fine. How disrespectful.
Some of the reception staff are lovely, but there are a couple who are very rude and abrupt. I called to ask if i could get in to see a doctor today with ANY doctor and she simply replied "we are fully booked" and hung up without even trying to find an appointment for another day. The pathologists on the other hand are awesome. Quick, friendly and they know how to do there job well. * edit: my review was followed up immediately and rectified by the practise manager.. thankyou!
