Expect long waits but the doctors are fine and they are open till 10pm which is good for workers. My dad once came for stitches and they did the most brilliant job - better than any hospital could have. Don’t know if the doctor is still here though.

Excellent service and fantastic doctors, they use to make you wait but recently they have started taking appointments which is great I would definitely not go anywhere else, I have been going there for about 9 years

My experience was with a rude and unskilled receiptionist.. No customer service skills whatsoever. Went to see my doc to the clinic, the doc wasn't in, so she booked me to see him 2 days later. Got a call on the day I was supposed to see the doctor, to say that they have double booked my appointment time!!.. The caller told me the next available appointment is 4 days later... No apologies, nothing.. As if they are entitled to make such mistakes and this is nothing, no worries... Aren't we the patients are just simple nothings?!!.. We don't deserve apologies and can wait forever, what is the big deal?.. Unfriggin-believable!. This is even bad for Caboolture standards. Why can't I give zero stars?

Can't fault the service we've received each time we've attended this surgery in an emergency situation (when our usual dr clinic has been unavailable). Last visit was for an uncontrolled asthma attack - I was taken straight through, shown plenty of concern and care from the receptionist, the nurse and the doctor that I saw in a very short space of time. Weekend hours are excellent, bulk billed, always clean and tidy. Very good service.

Usually see a doctor within the hour. Plenty of seating in the large air conditioned waiting areas as well as magazines and a tv. No appointment is necessary. Clean rest rooms.
