Our club holds its monthly meetings for approximately 60 members in the Nepean Room, a beautiful space with stunning waterfront views overlooking Mordialloc Creek. Each year, we also host our major fundraising event in the Starlight Room, welcoming around 150 guests.nnThe Bridge Hotel has never failed to deliver an exceptional experience. The function rooms are beautifully presented, the food is consistently excellent, and the service is professional and attentive.nnA special mention to Roanna, the Functions Coordinator, who is always incredibly helpful. Her attention to detail, organisational skills, and decorating expertise are second to none and play a significant role in the success of our events.nnThe Bridge Hotel is also a generous supporter of our fundraising efforts, and we greatly appreciate their ongoing sponsorship and community spirit.nnThe Bridge Hotel is an outstanding venue, professionally managed, and we highly recommend it for meetings, celebrations, and special functions.nMarianPublicity OfficernMordialloc/Chelsea Evening VIEW Club
I recently went to Bridge Hotel in Mordialloc and it was a really enjoyable experience. The location is great, especially being so close to the water, which gives the whole place a relaxed and easygoing feel.nnThe atmosphere inside was warm and welcoming. It had that classic pub vibe but still felt modern and comfortable. It was a good balance where you could go for a casual meal or stay longer and enjoy the environment.nnThe food was definitely a highlight. Everything came out fresh and well presented, and the portions were generous. There was a good range on the menu, so it was easy to find something that suited what I felt like. The quality was better than what you might expect from a standard pub meal.nnService was friendly and fairly quick. Staff were approachable and made things easy, which added to the overall experience.nnOverall, it is a really solid local spot. Good food, nice atmosphere, and a great location near the beach. I would definitely go back again.
Friendly attentive service and a great selection of good tasting food made our family catch up very enjoyable. The relaxed environment is a great contrast to the city based locations I usually visit. The wine list offers a good range at reasonable prices and we especially appreciate the staff response when one of our party had a temporary issue no ambulance required
Bistro Bar & Deck - is the best and my favourite restaurant in Mordialloc.nGreat food and service. Cameron, EJ and waiters give excellent, professional friendly service making for a lovely atmosphere. Food is always excellent too, my steak was a perfect medium rare and all other dishes have been the same high standard; commendations to the Chef & team. Sitting in the dinning area or deck, looking out over the canal to the ocean offers relaxing and stunning sunset views.nOther reviews have said it's overpriced; I disagree, prices are reasonable and pretty much industry standard.nCasual coffee on the Terrace is the same standard of excellence.
Great location. Not a great ambience inside. Just a loud, echoing dining area with basic chairs and tables. We ate on the deck on a sunny day. Busy enough. We had an extra person on a booking of 5, had to move tables as 6 didn't fit. After waiting 15mins we beckoned the wait staff and asked for menus and water. Bought over napkins and cutlery as well. Asked us for our drink order. All good. After drinks were bought, not to long, we ordered. A kids meal chicken tenders and chips 3 bowls chips, fish taco and brisket slider. Kids meal came after half hour. Lukewarm chips, tough chicken. Barely enough for a 5 year old let alone 10 but kid just ate anyway. Our food came another half hour later! 2 bowls chips were cold, slider was tough cut up meat in a tacky bbq sauce, left under lights so long the bun was hard. Taco was just sad. Understaffed. Untrained. Unapologetic. I'd be embarrassed. And the prices are ridiculous.nGet it together guys. You have a great spot. Fix the sad outdated menu. Train your staff. Make the place look nice.nWish I'd ordered pizza. They looked ok, and they have a deal going. But I wouldn't go back just for that.
