I went there to get a t-shirt the staff was so poor on customer service it shocked my brain on how they helped others and not me. It gets worse now! I stood by the check out place for 10 mins until one of the short hair lady came over and she did not even speak or apologise for the wait. Absolutely sorry for the manager who hired them as employees because they make the shop look absolutely bad. Learn to respect every person

The ladies in here are always so lovely with great customer service. Both Adriana and Elizabeth were amazingly helpful when I was shopping for jeans. They were genuine and you could tell they love their job and are so keen to help.

Wow what a fantastic experience Elizabeth was a great help had to return abd exchange a dress and they were more then happy to help me out. 100% and more happy with their service definitely recommend anyone to come here at tea tree plaza. Once again thank you life savers.

All staff were really nice, I had Holly help me and she was super nice, very consistent in checking on me to see if I needed anything. Holly is exactly what I expect in retail staff! Thank you holly, and thank you all staff at dotti!

Had a great experience at this Dotti store. I came in to return/exchange a faulty jumpsuit & the staff very kindly sorted out a store to door replacement to be delivered to my home.  Great customer service!!

Lovely experience ... helpful staff , lots of stylish items to choose from. They currently have a 25 to 30% off on some items.
