It's a hit and miss when the owners are not present. Bought the coffee with donuts close to closing and after I received my coffee I was handed 2 cold donuts that could have been there since this morning. I asked if I was getting hot donuts and the girl said no! Why not tell me that when I ordered? Tried this franchise again and got the skinny version of donuts. Sorry, no more!
The staff at this business should teach others how it's done. The coffee and food is great, but the friendly service and efficiency is never anything other than perfect. We look forward to our coffee break whenever shopping at Kawana Shoppingworld.
The gentleman who was on the register and making the coffees today was awesome. Very knowledgeable about allergy information and very helpful. Made for a great experience
