Today I had a wonderful experience at Beefy’s Kawana, have always found the staff extremely friendly courteous but today a young woman called Sarah surprised me with her attention to my needs, I wanted a ham and salad wrap but the store had not received their wraps and Sarah ran over to the IGA and made me the most delicious wrap ever. I really appreciated what and how she looked after me definitely a real asset to your business you don’t find service like that very much these days. I went home fully satisfied and happy with my experience. Regards Patricia
Just purchased supposedly fresh apple turnovers at over $5 each, we got home and they were frozen. That's not bakery fresh to meet!!!

Aa a daily Customer, it is very self evident that the young Manager here is really showing his great potential within this role. Within less than a few seconds of taking an order a difficult enough feat in itself, given the exigencies of driving a car through a drive-through and the fact of 2 way speakers and car engine noise etc He greets you positively, he is helpful, he is someone who makes you want to return for his excellent Customer Service. Would not return if he wasn't there to assist us in our choices of pies. Well done!!!
Really good coffee/latte for $2 before 11am daily and the staffs there are absolutely lovely, always full of smiles and so welcoming!
We purchased a number of items last Sunday and as usual the pies and sausage rolls were great. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the carrot cake bar, it was dry, very sweet and tasted artificial. Previously, this product has been a great favorite with our family but based on this recent experience I would not purchase it again. I definitely recommend pies etc.
You don't need a Google review to help you decide if you're going to Beefys pies for lunch. Great selection of pies and sausage rolls always, gotta love the mashy peas.
Customer service was good and the plain meat pie was delicious.
Beautiful pies and cakes, including excellent gluten free options. Their coffee is also very good - cup size, flavour, temperature and price. Added bonus - no extra charge for decaf or plant milks. This makes them a real stand-out for me.
