When we went in to order our pizzas and sides, we were shocked with the awful communication and didn't receive everything we ordered. We had to repeat ourselves multiple times, asked for both pizzas to be deep dish, and when we asked for clarification about which sides cost what, the staff member was too quiet to understand, and when I asked him to repeat the order back to us to make sure he didn't miss anything, he didn't, and just ran it through the till. Additionally when we received the order, neither of the pizzas were deep dish, the kickers were missed off the order (we weren't charged for them) and there was no cheese on our fries. The staff require more training as far as taking customer orders is concerned, as this isn't the first time I have heard of this happening. The Hawaiian was delicious, however.

Terrible service and took 45 min to make pizza causing me to be late to class. Do not go here go to pizza hut instead unless you are prepared for the wait. I wholeheartedly do not recommend this place

New Yorker "Authentic" pizza... what? What a JOKE! I got the sausage and cheese "authentic" New York pizza and a 5 year old could have done better! Looked and tasted like crap.Seriously, this particular Dominos is pathetic. I had earlier ordred a Vanilla shake. "Can I have a vanilla shake please" , "yes that will be 4.99. What flavour?" I just TOLD you that 2 seconds ago! 10 minutes later i received a Chocolate shake with the added whipped cream and chocolate swirls (which I didn't add anyway). I tell him I wanted Vanilla not chocolate and another 10 minutes later receive my shake without the whipped cream etc. At least he got it right I suppose. On a previous visit I ordered at the shop and had to repeat my name several times to the guy who can barely speak English (which was frustrating but I'm ok with it). Same guy 10 minutes later comes back asking for an order for a name not even close to mine and looked directly at me in the process (only 5 customers in the shop). I wait another 5 minutes and decide to ask where my pizza is giving them my order and find out it was the same order as the guy was calling out under the other name earlier! I've ordered here three times and two of those times were appalling. If you want disgusting, bland pizza with incompetent service then go to this place .

Fast for pickup, unfortunately not great value for money (small pizzas with not much topping). You get what you pay for I guess. The staff are friendly, which is good.

Anyone saying this is not good value for money has clearly not been to Dominos in the UK. $5 for a 10 inch pizza?!?... That is unreal. Pizza isn't as good as the UK but for $5, it's damn good and really worth it. Would definitely come back here again!
