The worst pizza I have ever had. $28.69 for a Garlic prawn pizza that was disgusting. Plus the other 2 pizzas we ordered which had very little topping. We asked for thin and crispy crust which turn out to be more like a flat bread/torilla. $74 later for products they must of known were of poor quality before they were delivered. Domino's Samford do not even deserve 1 star.
Harvey from Samford Dominos has to be one of the best delivery drivers. Not only did he provide sufficient delivery service but his personal characteristics and kindness was awesome. He also took a be real for us, what a good man!
Ordered several items, however one of them the buffalo wings 10x pack did not arrive. Its happened a few times, but basically we only get oven roasted wings instead of buffalo. After leaving home for the second time and arriving to pick up my replacement, the person over the phone didnt know what buffalo wings are and had 5 hickory bbq wings. I informed her that buffalo is not bbq and she seemed very confused and had to talk to the manager to understand the difference. Perhaps thats why sometimes ive only received oven roasted wings instead of buffalo, is the dominos employees dont actually know what buffalo sauce is in their menu and just gives basic wings. When i then received the replacement, i went home, and realised they only put the sauce on 5 of the wings and the other 5 didnt have any sauce at all. Extremely disappointed.
Very inconsistent with pizza toppings. We pay for a loaded and hardly get any toppings. Cheese pizza comes out basically base. Have made complaints but fall on deaf ears. Will be shopping at pizza hut from now
My experience in this particular store was very disappointing because the customer service is really bad, the cashier never smile, never say thanks, please or even when I said today to him; have a good day, he didn't reply to me. And that is really unpolite. Hopefully this can change to make the store great as other locations.

We ordered pizza Friday night 28/05/21 to be picked up at 6pm. On arrival the store screen showed the order was ready. However it couldn’t be found. As I waited I was asked by about 4 people what order I was waiting for. Each checked and said it must be coming. I kept waiting. Finally Brayden young guy on front counter investigated further and found that the order hadn’t been made. He went to great lengths to get the order made as quickly as possible and apologise for the order now being 20 minutes past its scheduled time. Brayden is the reason I will return to Samford Dominos. He did more than just check a screen in front of him. He focussed on me - the customer and I think that deserves 4 stars. Well done Brayden - you alone get all 4 stars in this review!!
The Staff and customer service here is amazing! They quickly make quality pizzas while maintaining high quality service. I was waiting in my car for my order to be made and one of the amazing staff delivered it to my car. It was unexpected but so nice. This shop always maintains a high quality of customer service.
Always prompt. Easy access from car park. Friendly staff. Good value pizza prices. Always good voucher specials available.
Best pizza in the area! Service is always friendly and helpful. Order online to save a little or call in and be greeted with good old fashioned service. Well done Domino's. Giving the younger kids a fair go and good experience. 5 stars
