I ordered a pizza about an hour ago, and the whole pizza was burned on all sides. Moreover, the taste was awful. This is the most pathetic service I have ever experienced in my life. If there were a button for a negative rating, I would unequivocally use it.
Disappointed and upset. I ordered 2 Vanilla Thick shakes during the busy time around 6:00pm tonight. The one I drank had virtually no Vanilla flavour... It was like drinking plain milk. Very disappointed.

This Domino’s is the best place ever I came in at 12 AM and got the freshest best tasting pizza. The person working it was really nice and I will always be coming back.
It took an unacceptable 40 minutes on a Thursday afternoon for them to prepare 2 large pizzas. The waiting time on their televised screen was 20 minutes when I ordered in store which I accepted as a few people ahead of me. Upon my return 15 minutes later, there was one other person and myself, but the wait time had now increased to 35 minutes. When I finally got the attention of someone, I asked if it was an error but they gave an unhelpful response and clearly did not care. I and my 2 young children watched as the team prepared 40+ pizzas for an online / delivery and ignored the fact that there were only 2 customers, in store waiting for their 2 pizzas each. How is it logical to process such a big online order first. Why not process the pizzas for the two customers in the store waiting for two orders that should’ve been done in 5 minutes? The worst part was every time I tried to make eye contact with the store manager and stepped forward to initiate a conversation, I was completely ignored. Will never be coming here again.
