Pathetic experience. I mean how hard is it to deliver pizza to the right address? Clearly very difficult as our pizzas were delivered to a completely different street and arrived nice and cold! Amateurs here folks! Don’t bother. Oh and we ordered thin and crispy bases but received pan and classic. Love the attention to detail. Again, basics that are clearly beyond this place
Ordered the pizza. They said it would be 10-15min wait. After 30 min I asked how much longer it would be, to find it had been ready for ages and getting cold
Got 3 large pizzas and a medium gluten-free pizza delivered and was shocked it was over $80..but when i received the order the 3 large pizzas were tiny 20-22cm diameter and smaller than the medium gluten free pizza. Called them up instantly to discuss that they gave me small/medium pizzas instead of large and the worker told me thats how big they are! Dominos should be ashamed with their portion sizes..never getting pizza with them ever again and will spread the word!!!!!
Just moved into the area, ordered 3 times now from here. Absolutely disgusting . Pizza came with all ingredients on one side, no pizza sauce at all. Ordered deep pan and a regular crust both came with the same flat crust. Walked in 2 weeks ago and clearly there was an under age child standing on a stool who was making the pizzas !?!? Sort it out Manly Vale!!
Now this is a business! They take your money and dont deliver anything! What a profit they must be reporting back to head office! I ordered a pizza waited an hour and then rang to see why it had taken so long the estimated time of delivery had elapsed only to be told that they had canceled the order earlier but never informed me. I understand accidents happen but to never inform someone that the order had been canceled is beyond a joke!
Ordered a pizza and chick wings at 10pm and it never came within the suggested time so I called the store 7 times over half an hour because closing time was approaching and they didn’t pick up once. Now the stores shut and they’ve stolen my money without providing the service I paid for, absolute disgrace. And I only live down the road so delivery shouldn’t have been a problem. Had the same situation years ago from this store
Manager on Saturday nights was absolutely terrible, horrible customer service. Lied to us and said they send another pizza out and to wait 10 minutes in the freezing cold when they never actually sent our missing food. The delivery man was absolutely amazing though and deserves a raise, as he came out to our place in his own time to get us our food. Overall, disgusting manager and lovely delivery guy. Will never order from this dominos again, maccas is 10x better.
Ordered a Pepperoni deep pan through menu log only moments ago! Had it delivered. After opening, to our absolute disgust i received cold burnt pizza! ORDER # 92! I called the store immediately and spoke with an Indian gentleman. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EXPERIENCED!!!! He argued with me to say that he remembered my order and that it was perfectly fine and to take this up with Menu. I have taken photos of the pizza I received. Not only was the pizza I received, cold and burnt it was inedible!
Never again Do not order from this store! We had to call the store after we received a notification that the order was delivered. Called the store and received a curt reply that the order was delivered, I explained that that is not possible as we have video surveillance. After some back and forth with the Indian store manager, cold pizzas showed up later. Checking the first pizza we decided not to eat them, some suspicious looking liquid in the centre of the first pizza
I ordered a simple cheese pizza and a lava cake and a bottle of coke. Domino’s thought a bottle is a can and the cheese pizza was cold and when I rang the manly vale domino’s the supervisor was so rude, he said don’t order from Domino’s if you don’t like what you get in a way. This is no customer service and Dominos are spouse to be good pizza’s will. Your employee’s are so rude… I order the pizza last Sunday on the 5th around 7or 8pm I rang to discuss the order and they were rude even the supervisor. He shouldn’t be a supervisor if he is going to speak to customers like that and he his bringing bad service to the business… The employees need to show respect.. I don’t know the name as I have forgotten. And there aren’t good reviews about the store I see..
