You seriously can’t call it pizza. They put nearly 200ml of mayonnaise on my vegetarian pizza - can’t event describe how disgusting it tastes... and after I drove back to return it (it was a take away order) they gave me a lecture and declined to make a refund. Amazing customer service...

Waited 2 hours for a pizza on a Tuesday night. I had to call twice and only then the pizza was sent out. The lady on the phone offered me a complimentary 1.25L coke for the mess around only for the delivery man to show up without it, claiming she did not give it to him. The pizza was bland and the chicken was dry. I am usually not a fussy person but this was a bad experience and I would not recommend.

Ordered my pizza for delivery at 8:30pm, phoned an hour later to see where it was as I wasn’t sure on the waiting time, someone answered the phone who could barely speak English which made everything 10 times harder eventually advised that the driver was running behind and we would be next. Still nothing 30 mins later, I called up just before 10pm and she was apologising and said her delivery driver had to go back to another job as he forgot something and offered me complimentary ice cream. She promised he would be with me soon, however another 45 mins passed and tried calling and they were shut and pizza was never even delivered. Took my money, no phone call, no explanation, just went home and left their customer in the dark. Worst customer service ever! Don’t waste your money on this place, go to rays pizza instead!!

Very unprofessional, and will steal your money!! I ordered with I love pizza, they took down my card details and proceeded with the order. When they arrived they asked for my card details again over our counter, he handed them to his college on the phone and confirmed it was approved and he handed us our pizza. They since then have been calling us harrassing our company saying our pizza wasn’t paid for and have come into our office numerious times making threats and impersonating a police officer. Very unprofessional business. Never order pizza from them they will steal your money.
