I placed a huge order today then got stuck in traffic so I called to change the time. Staff were super friendly and accomodating and pizzas were piping hot when we arrived. Thank you!
If I could give no stars, I would. The service is pathetic. I was waiting to pick up my mobile order for 10 minutes! Two girls walked in after me and got served first, there was one worker on the phone at the front while two workers clearly lazy, were talking near the ovens drinking a Monster energy drink. One of the workers drinking the monster looked at me, and could clearly see that I was waiting but did nothing. My pizzas were cold by the time I got them. I will now continue going to Topped Pizza at Albany Creek - the service there is fantastic and the pizzas aren’t cold and taste even better!

I called up to place an order for pick up and I was very impressed with their service. They were friendly and professional. Would highly recommend ordering from them. Pizza was excellent domino’s quality.

Dominos Albany creek under new management. OMG- absolutely amazing. Clearly a huge change with so much pride in customer service and good pizzas.
3 and 1/2 stars actually. Efficiency has distinctively improved over the last year or so; my pickup order was being prepared as I arrived a few minutes early. Customer service manner still has a way to go 'though, but at least I wasn't called "mate" this visit. As for the bbq meatlovers pizza, it remains vastly inferior to what is made by the opposition chain's store at Aspley. So, why did I order through this store? With a voucher code for an online order, "large" what a joke traditional pizzas are just $7.95 pickup - almost half the walk in no coupon price $8.95 with a coupon. The opposition only matches this on a Tuesday. Secondly, my wife likes the Chicken supreme pizza, also available at the discounted price.
Really poor excuse of a store. Have had a bad experience twice now, both with the pizzas themselves and the customer service. The pizzas are never what you as for OR they have little to no toppings placed. Then when you discuss this, the young staff members either stare at you dumbfounded or you get abused by an Indian man who claims he is the owner.
My experience was great. There was a lively lady who was very welcoming, who took my order. I ordered a chicken and paneer tikka pizza which were yummy. I would definitely recommend this place.
