We had 4 pizzas from here today with extra topping but there were no extra topping and not even full ingredients on that like peri peri sauce missing on pizza.
EDIT: Originally left a harsh 2 star review here, but after a few more visits over the next several months, things are much, much, much better and been getting really consistently tasty, well made pizzas again. Not sure what happened there for a little period, maybe new equipment, training new staff etc, but the pizzas are really good again. Accepts all the usual online vouchers too. Original R/V: There are good branches and bad ones- the staff here are perfectly lovely, but the pizzas are consistently terrible. Undercooked usually, very sparse toppings, often the pizzas are unrecognizable from what they should be, especially bbq meatlovers
We ordered one supreme pizza to be delivered. After 20 minutes the app/website said the pizza had been completed and delivered. We waited an hour but no pizza arrived. We called the store and they said it was out for delivery even though they their app/website said it had already been delivered. We waited another half an hour to no avail. When we called back they said it was in their system as delivered... We were offered a complimentary garlic bread but we cancelled our order as it was going to take another 40mins. I'm not sure if they have delivery time KPI's to meet. But I believe they are trying to keep their average delivery times down by marking orders as delivered before they have been. How else can you forget to deliver a pizza?
Hot and spicy food pizza . There was a rush though. However, you have the option to make payment before you are served or afterwards.
On the mooloolaba dominoes website closes 11pm i was able to order pizzas past 10pm with pickup time at 10:39pm i have photo receipts, I wasn’t able to do this with other Dominoes stores. Dominoes had No hesitation in taking my money and completing the order, once I arrived to pick it up the entire store was closed and one of the staff gave us no explanation about our order just said we’re closed. I called the next day to ask for a refund and its going to take 10-14days! Any other store would have denied my order before they took my money. Won’t be back ever
Not sure if they were busy tonight but waited ages. And the usual dominoes standard, was not even close. Got the order wrong and when I complained the manager basically hung up on me. We got pick up and waited over 25 minutes. We took advantage of a coupon, guy in the back Shane or shaun was screaming at young kids working there. Wouldn't go back to this store again, the one in maroochydore is a lot better. Shame because this is a busy area. 1 star.
