Placed an order for 14 pizzas to be delivered. I think there was at least 7 different combinations. Pre ordered the day before and then paid on the day. Delivery was on time and every pizza was spot on. And they were all hot! Thank you team - you were fantastic! Vegetarian options: Good selection

On Friday 10th June I picked up a Domino's takeaway to bring back to my hotel room and unfortunately mid way through eating my order I realised something wasn't right. After 45 minutes having stopped eating any more I spent the next 8 hours being sick with zero sleep that night with food poisoning from this meal. I was supposed to travelling back to Norwich on the Saturday early morning 11th and only felt well enough to travel back yesterday 13th June. I had been bed bound for the entire time and this episode messed up all of my arrangements that I had planned for the weekend. I am very disappointed with the quality standards of this Domino's Restaurant as it is not what you expect as a "safe" choice of takeaway food.
Just had a delivery. Ordered online using a 50% voucher and 20 mins later we had a piping hot pizza.. Well done this time!
I have used the store in Glenfield in… I have used the store in Glenfield in Leicester many many times. Rarely without a problem. Then this evening they found it acceptable to send out food that has been sat on the side 20 minutes due to lack of staff. At £19 that’s really poor. When I said I wasn’t willing to accept that they were unwilling to send fresh food today. Again poor service. When I ended up on the phone to someone I was told was the manager, who i have since found out is not! The name i was given was Domestris, who proceeded to shout then accuse me of shouting at him when I told him do not speak to me like that, he was telling me he’s too busy to deal with me right now also, when a customer has an issue and that is how they are treated, shouted at then when they challenge it the phone is slammed down on them and ignored afterwards, I’ve never in 42 years of life experienced such appalling behaviour from a so called manager anywhere in my life. All I can say is asides from Being shell shocked, I have no idea how they are in business with staff like that! The young man who answered the phone to start with would do far better as a manager since despite the fact I was not best pleased he maintained professional standards of service, something the manager lacked the ability to do. I did not swear and I did not shout and that’s how you are treated. I wouldn’t give this store my business after this if my life depended on it!
I spent £26 on pizza delivery for three pizzas from Dominoes Glenfield. I followed the 'pizza tracker' and could see that the pizza was sitting under the hot lamp, in 'quality checking' for 30mins. I rang them up and they said it will be out to when the driver returns. When it was finally delivered it was tasted dry and definitely not piping hot fresh pizza. They need more delivery drivers.
Shocking! Longish black hair found inside pizza, still gagging now. Basic food hygiene needs to be reassessed? Plus I always seem to go on a treasure hunt for my cheese!! I pay for extra cheese and never get it, even after calling to remind them.
very poor service I ordered 2 pizza on the app and one can with a large dip. When calling I was told itvwas my fault and If I want the second pizza I would have to buy another even though I paid the price for buy one get one half price. I explained that we ordered correctly so why should I have to pay again. The said it how it is. And explained that I will now have one cold and one hot fur to there error and I was told by there manager to microwave the cold one that what we do here at Domininos daily not best practice or food safety. I will never be using them again.
Order from here all the time, arrives piping hot no complaints
pizza is undercooked and the pizza is so greasy that you can literally see the oil dripping down from the slice in your hand
