Worst Domino's ever. Ordered 2 chicken pizza wasnt even cut . When asked in store both workers was rude. Have recorded video but cant share it. No policy follow for customer satisfaction. Refused to make another pizza thats been cut properly. Avoid at all stage. Will make formal complaint on Monday. Ordered on Sunday around 2 pm.
Good food. Variety of options from pizzas to deserts to garlic bread w/ many options of drinks of different sizes. Gluten-free options available and good value food, although sometimes the wait is a bit long. With the use of the vouchers which you can get online through emails or the psychical vouchers you can get some really good deals on your favourite pizzas and also a mouthful of different combos and deals.
I was starving after my work so I did a phone call order. asked for creme sauce for my pepperoni pizza ended up getting tomato sauce. And the way they sliced the pizza is like they were in a hurry/burnt. Ps: I got a mini pizza. Not recommend!
That brian person working at dominos is very unprofessional and likes to swear at customers no matter who is right or wrong... Also a few times in the past the pizzas where burnt but its because of that brian person im reviewing today. After all the reviews are not good at all for this particular dominos shop..
Pizza took nearly an hour to arrive, was cold when it did, ordered Hawaiian with pepperoni, no pepperoni at all and could count on one hand the pineapple chunks. For the price you pay, absolutely disgusting!
Delayed order expected for 7:40 but was ready for pickup at 8:05.... over cooked... not even sliced ....! Never order from here. Worst experience I expect refund. Go to another domino’s but never here...!
The food is standard… but the service is terrible. I went in to pick up my food and person at front said they were making still making it. Waiting 20 mins to see that my food was actually at the food warmer… didn’t apologise or anything. Very upsetting.
Terrible customer service. Waited 30 minutes when told it would be 10 minutes then received order without any apology. Would recommend going to any other franchise over this one..
These guys thought it was ok to charge me $24 + Sunday Surcharge for a burnt "fresh oven baked sandwich" and 2 pieces of burnt garlic bread. They burned bread lol.. How do you even burn bread and be a pizza shop? How do you even burn bread in general anyway lol. They gave me back my money and let me keep the 1 side which they didnt burn, because it was kept in a fridge. Another plus side, its the first order delivered to me where they didn't forget anything.
Whts the peppi paneer If we are getting charge for paneer it means you have to make paneer pizza not like these small molecules If we compare your pizza’s to another Dominoz branch’s you are at the last low point use the material its not yours
