Worst experience and customer service. Ordered pizza gave me burnt one and test burnt. Called them refuse to give me another one. I think i spoke to manager. He was rude.went back show them clearly pizza was burnt .again refuse make another one.Had to leave the pizza at counter and leave. Wast of money and time.Same pizza ordered pizzahutt. See the difference quality and customer service.
Ordered a "mega" pepperoni, and this is what we got. Paid $18 Inc extra toppings and there's hardly any pepperoni or mushrooms on this pizza! There's literally just dough & cheese!! Will be taking this up further & talking to management about it! This is the 4th time we're having the same issue in the past 2 months. But we order from here hoping that it's improved but it keeps getting worse. There was 1 staff member on site. The pizza we ordered looks nothing like what it does on the website! Don't know how these guys can false advertise! Hoping to take this matter up further & let's see what comes off it. Definitely not the dominoes to order from!!!!
Use to like these guys... but the standards have dropped... I ordered two Supreme Pizza no mushrooms no spring onions. They loaded it eith red onions which isn't even a topping listed.. so they remade them didn't think to check these ones... MISTAKE!!! my replacements don't look the same. One with Capsicum one without. I rang as soon as I noticed and the reason I got was oh I ran out of Capsicum, so could only put on one... I asked why was nothing said as I was outside the store the whole time... oh I was doing paper work and then they hung up on me. Very very disappointed
The place have spacious seating it’s nice and clean too.staff is not welcoming not good at customer service.The vegan pizza was nice and the cheese scrolls introduced new which very good .
Ordered 3 pizzas online, were delivered cold with minimal toppings. overall very unsatisfactory . I did fill up the online survey but were not contacted by company about my bad experience. we won’t be getting any pizza from dominoes ever again.
Walked in to pick up a couple of lava cakes. Shop looks poorly maintained, very grubby with uncleared tables and receipts littering the floor. Furniture looks like its been chewed on by a pet. 3 stars because the lava cakes from here are always good.
The servicer told me they can't do vegan cheese on mini pizza. Also after that he was adamant. When I order medium pizza with vegan cheese on it, he purposefully put normal cheese. I am lactose intolerance and had to throw away all. As on complain he said I can have vegan cheese only on vegan pizza only.Food: 2/5
I just found out that their staff gave me pepperoni pizza instead of my meat lovers pizza.
We order my favourite cheesy crust chicken cam today for dinner and tastes a bit bitter as looks burnt or overcooked. But the staff did extra mile to make us a new one and redelivered straight to our doors within 15minutes. We have always ordered the same pizza and at the same local store.Thanks to the staff at Blockhouse Bay Dominos.
What a hopeless store! After long day of moving we ordered food for our kids and came pizza with very unprofessionally done! We are very disappointed with Domino's Mt Roskill
