Great place, fantastic priced food cheap and affordable with great quality to match !! Staff all though often young, are neat professional and courteous. Me and my wife eat here regularly and never had a problem. Although usually we pick up we have had delivery a few times and again the staff where lovely and efficient, they delivered within 10mins we live about 4 mins away and the food was piping hot. 100% recommended to anyone !!
Ordered 5 pizzas for family and they were not even near to the dominos quality and presentation that we normally get elsewhere. Pizzas were not cut properly. Base was either burnt or half cooked. Veggies were just dropped over, not even properly spread. Not to mention they were not enough. Chicken pizza was like they forgot to add chicken. Some photos for fellow foodies. Suggestion to Dominos Albany, please believe in quality than quantity. Stop taking order for a while if you are overloaded.
If I could give a zero I would. Absolutely awful pizza. Requested deep pan, received thin crust that was soft and barely cooked or warm - would not recommend!
My husband and I love a good domino’s pizza, we always order delivery and never had a problem but tonight was a little different and pretty frustrating. I ordered a pizza and 2 sides for me and my daughter to share. Halfway through the payment side of things the app crashed and closed down. I didn’t think too much about it as it hadn’t fully processed. I was about to start a new order when I thought I’d check my banking app to see if the money had come out, it had. I then thought to call the store to see if they’d received the order as the money had come out. When I called I was placed on hold which was no problem I understand Friday night would be a busy time but there was no hold as such the phone was just placed down and I could still hear everything going on in the background. I was on hold for a little over 4 mins when the phone call suddenly ended. I then called back again and someone answered and I could hear the background noise in the store but no one was talking. I said hello a few times but it seemed like no one was there. I now have to make the drive into town with a very hungry 2year old to figure out if the store has actually received my order. All could have been sorted with a call if the line was working properly.
If you call the store they don't say hi dominoes Albany such n such speaking, they just pick up the phone and say nothing at all. If you order several pizzas and turn up 5c short she just says no and throws the pizzas in the rubbish. The front service desk if covered in grease and fingerprints. I would recommend JoJo's or anywhere else except this dismally poor service that you get at dominoes Albany.

Bought Garlic Prawn Online, picked it up and to my suprise there are no Prawns Had to go back to the shop, ended up replacing it with chicken pizza.
They haven't changed the quality in the 15 years that I have lived here. Just increased the price and reduced the sizes. The staff are just young and lack personal flair. The pizzas are never "just right"...ever.Sorry,not sorryas I've wasted money there only to have to go elsewhere the same night Ive tried to give them a chance over the decades but no luck yet. its just a fact. They're either slapped together awfully fast,or drowned in sauce, or bad distribution of toppings, overpriced for the quality, small sizes. Just another poor quality franchise. ... There are much better pizzas in Albany for the same price.
Poor old mate was cooking pizzas by himself so had to wait ages other than that was all goodFood: 4/5
