This dominos hands downs has to be the worst service I have ever experienced, I’m not really the type to leave reviews but I have never been so outraged with a store in my life. A few months ago I placed an order and numerous calls and being continuously told it was on it way… it never showed up after 4 hours! Mind you I live under 3 minutes drive away. They then told me they’d refund me which I never received. I tried chasing it up but they never answer their phone.  I honestly couldn’t be bothered to try keep chasing this up with the staff because my housemate who also frequently orders pizza has had complication after complication too. I’ve also ordered recently, again took over two and a half hours to arrive. I also selected the timed delivery so if it doesn’t come in time I am given a free pizza voucher- never received that. This service is hopeless and needs some serious fixing.

Love their quick hot cheap pizza. I have been ordering here for years and it's not often they've served up a disappointing pizza. Recently they've been promoting 50% extra pizza for $3. I can recommend the upgrade. 1 pizza - 2 adult men - full guts and a quick nap!

Tried to place an order online but the new app wouldn't process payments, Called up to order, was told it would take 30 minutes to deliver but never received the delivery. What a joke  Update - Pizza arrived after 1.5hrs, cold, without sauce and tasted like mouldy bread.

Worst Pizza store! Please do not order your Pizza from here. Like the others, the pizza did not arrive and also when you try calling the store they hang up. Impossible to get anyone to answer the phone. Order did not arrive for over 1.5hrs!

Despite estimate times for delivery coming and going, they don’t call up to advise you that they haven’t even started making your 2 pizzas. And the wait will be a further 45 minutes, bringing the total time for 2 pizzas to 1hr and 40 minutes.  Needless to say, I cancelled my order.

They got the spelling of my name wrong! How? I gave it to them 3 times! They need to focus on the customer.  Oh, the pizza was ok.

Never order here, bunch of scammers who never deliver your food nor pick up the phone and straight up lies when they do pick up

I really had a bad review. NOT THE PIZZA ITSELF, but.....pizza with papers inside? . Also I'm waiting for a real feedback from other manager more respectful and with costumer service skills please. This night, Wednesday, 28/10 at 20:00 , the local manager just didn't care. After my feedback saying  that putting  advertisements papers inside the pizzas's box wasn't good and I was surprised, as never seen any Domino's doing this, he just said nothing can be done because it's being like this for years! And those rules came from superior managers! And cut the call!   My point of view, this is very   antihigienic a  pizza comes with advertisements papers inside! Also, what's the purpose they send inside the pizzas's this amount of offers and papers asking for  feedback and when you do they just don't care??  BTW, pizza good, but I ate half part, the other with advertisements papers not.

Compared to other Domino's stores. Glebe is consistent in providing less toppings on dry slightly burnt crust..

20/10/18 Sat Aft,Picked up my pizza 50% off fan bloddytactic!! Pizza was yummy and boy the manager was real nice  as I mentioned that last time I came in I got 2 dabs of swirl so I think he extra swirled it lol he was very apologetic and nice.Thank you Dominos you GUYS AREthe market‼ love your DOMINOS No1 fan
