I rang and spoke with staff and the owner of the business and they were all so lovely and polite. I ordered my pizzas and they were delivered fast and were hot and absolutely delicious!! The new owner is amazing and we'll be getting our pizza from here from now on!
Ordered ham and pineapple pizza. 10 minute drive to Domino's. Pizza was cold. So little ham or pineapple they must have missed the base. Are there any other pizza places in Aspley.
Went in yesterday 15/10, ordered a pizza with a bbq base. Saw that the bbq sauce they were using was dated USE BY 9/10/22. 6 days out of date. Not a good look.
This store is dirty and needs a really good clean in kitchen and front of house. The glazing and doors need a good clean and daily sterilisation. The food was not bad for Dominos but after seeing the condition of this store we won’t be ordering from here again. If staff can’t keep store spotless then are they dropping hygiene standards elsewhere? It makes one doubt... Sorry, would love to have given a better rating but I think this rating is fair and I think head office needs to focus on ensuring better standards of store cleanliness around branches. Staff were friendly and helpful but unfortunately the kitchen and seating area needs to be clean. The booth seat also needs some sort of decal to protect it from becoming a extremely hot and unusable cubicle of clients need to come in store and eat before travelling on. Recommend getting a professional cleaner to blitz this site and create a strict maintenance roster that should be strictly be adhered to. The table and counter should be cleaned with sterilisation chemical between visits. Surely?
Staff were kind enough to happily cook me a pizza despite the fact I ordered it 5 minutes before they closed. Was of good quality and not rushed too unlike some other places that rush out their last orders
Half the time they mess the pizza up so bad. Tonights pizza toppings are half stuck to the box, looks like the box has been thrown around a few times. Pfft and they wonder why there's so many bad reviews, obviously great management lmao
The second time in a month we have been disappointed with the quality of food from this store. Will not be going back. Didn't have the order correct andabsolutely tasteless . The topping was hardly visible.
I got 3 pizzas from here, thick crust bases, unfortunately all three Pizza crust were burnt. First time going here and probably last time as well.
Twice now, pizza takes more than an hour to be delivered. 20 minute guarantee option means nothing. Pizza will still be late and you will get a useless voucher instead of a refund. This store needs to be closed seriously or do something coz the reliability is a joke.
One of the better Domino's stores, staff are attentive and friendly
