I bought takeaway food, ordered the fish tacos and a ham and cheese toastie. The fish tacos mentioned it had avocado aioli, cabbage and something tangy can't remember the exact description. What I got was something that didn't taste like fish at all, maybe it was frozen fish fingers, because that didn't taste fresh either, there was no avocado or aioli, just a thick bed of cabbage with what was supposed to be fish and something that looked like a spicy mayo but didn't really taste like anything. I could only taste the cabbage. The toastie was way too toasted, the edge was too hard for my kid to bite it. I will definitely stick to breakfasts only and dessert as that's always really good. Breakfast and desserts are the only reason why I'm giving it 3 stars, but only based on today, I would give it 1. ***** I had the bacon stack I think that's the name with poached eggs, asked for hollandaise on the side and my husband had the big breakfast he gave me the roasted tomato and everything was really good. This is not the first time coming here but they usually have nice staff and amazing cakes, we love the carrot and chocolate cake.
Uncomfortable seats. Atmosphere lacking. Not great for groups but with a bit of table and chair moving it's ok. Furniture old style. A visiting musician would give it some LIFE.
Some of our food mushrooms, sausages and chicken tenders were charred. When we first complained to the server Ayu she brushed us off but when we spoke to Kadek the manager she paid attention and actually looked at our food. Very professional and courteous and took immediate action. Thank you Kadek!
My Latte and breakfast was good the menu is a tad out dated and still looks the same from a few years ago after last being in W.A but still adequate and plenty enough to choose from. The front of house is in need of a wee modern revamp. The service is fast and the staff are friendly, Good location pleasant enough surroundings set in a old Cham rustic type school house building with indoor outdoor flow. Dome does have a lot of competition when it comes to the variety of upbeat trendy coffee vibes and flavours from other cafes.
Ordered a pot of English breakfast tea and got a pot of water with no tea herbs. Normally Dome Albany do really well hence the extra star but because of this they get 3 stars. I tried to get the attention of a staff member but they looked at me and walked away. Nice try Dome, hopefully you don’t get my order wrong again.

Located inside the old Albany Primary School, this Dome is quite spacious and has plenty of indoor seating. Albany Plaza is just next door, convenient if you have shopping or a grocery run to do.Food: 5/5
It's a Dome, you know what you're going to get, right? We watch them enter our order into the computer, and it's just what we want, but what's delivered is never what was ordered. The toast or the extra hash browns or the beans are missing, or the toast is buttered when we asked for it not to be... I would say the last 6-8 times we have been there, we have had to get a waitperson to check the order and rectify blatant errors. Otherwise, the food and service are fine.
Have come to dome for some lunch Order: 1 Pumpkin soup & chai latte 2 ham & cheese toasties 3 Avocado stack Cons - The Plates smelt like fish - Cucumber was soft - The ice tea was weak - pumpkin soup tasted like it was out of a can - Needs to get fresher ingredients - The avocado stack was small but filling needs work - Pumpkin soup lacks flavour Pros - the customer service was fantastic - Food was quick even though they were busy - Ham & cheese was good
We ordered pumkin soup and it was served cold. We returned it back and they reheat. I think the soup was frozen and they just reheated it in the microwave for few minutes and it was served cold. Pumkins soup was not tasty. The staff were good and friendly.
