A very convenient location close to a number a restaurants and across the road from the Luna cinema. A good atmosphere and inside is quiet and relaxing. Good all day breakfast.
The staff were very good and very friendly, but the food was average. Both mine and my girlfriends eggs were sour/salty and chips were nearly rock solid. Elderly with dentures are not recommended to order chips here.
Absolutely horrible service. Over 45minutes waiting, added in "half" and avocado for $3.50. Got two measly slices after waiting 45 minutes with no apology, just poor food thrown on your table. Complained so they gave me the proper amount of avocado. They gave me a gift card to apology which I taught was a nice gesture. Ended up being nothing on the card anyway. Wouldn't spend my money in there, there's way better places nearby
We went to Dome in Leederville on Friday to finish our evening with a coffee and continue our chat in a quieter location. We arrived at 8.10pm and when ordering were told that the coffee would come in takeaway cups as they were closing in 20 minutes. It was expressed more than once that we wanted the coffees in normal cups and we would be out within the 20 minutes. However when the coffee arrived, they were in takeaway cups!! When yet again we said we wanted them in normal cups, we were told the dishwasher had gone home so it wasn’t possible, even though we had been told, reluctantly, 5 minutes ago that it was. Then on the way out at 8.30pm I checked the door and the closing time was stated as 9.00pm. It is rude and unprofessional to tell a customer you are closing in 20 minutes when in actual fact they were not supposed to close for another 50 minutes. And seriously how hard is it to wash 2 mugs the following day!! Very displeased with this shocking display of customer service!
Standard Dome cafe in a fantastic location. This is a quieter cafe compared to others in leederville and has plenty of seating inside the old historic building. A good choice for meetings. If you have to eat please order from the seasonal menu, smashed avo with poached eggs about $15.
Had been there with my wife. I had a big breakfast and my wife had a waffle. Had cappuccino for each of us. I must say food was well presented and nice in taste. Freindly staff with fast service.
Great ambience. Dome's usual high standard of food and coffee and service, better than some of the crowded overpriced, under serviced other coffee places in the area. Parking is painful but that is because it is Leederville and parking is always painful in Leederville which isn't Dome's fault.
All of the staff shared a laugh. I liked when the coffee came and the guy said, I made this with love. Over the top? No, just a well timed perfectly delivered comment. It's good to share a laugh. Something lacking in the tut-tut PC world.
Enjoyed full bacon and eggs breakfast and flat white coffee. food and coffee good, price reasonable, service satisfactory. Returned to have a flat white for a morning business meeting.
We won't be going back! It took over 20 mins to get a coffee and toasted sandwich. It was tasteless and cold! We questioned the staff several times and they just didn't seem to give a dam. They took their time. Very disappointed indeed.
