I've been coming here a few years now and I've always a good experience. Helpful, & friendly staff I've never had a rude experience which I'm grateful for. Some things a tiny bit overpriced but other then that, I definitely recommend shopping here! :
Excellent affordable place for your daily needs.
Racially profiling at its best, to the asian lady working today thank you for making my wife and son feel uncomfortable. Lady of the store kept following my 3 y/o son and wife around while they were looking to buy gifts for my mother. Dont appreciate your side eye of my wife and son and the assumptions made with your body language. If you’re pacific island dont bother going in here, you’ll have the CCTV all over you. Disgusting
The older Asian man at the counter is very rude. I had to return a broken item, which was not fault of my own. He threw the replacement item across the counter and yelled at me. Customer service is minus 0 stars. Cheap nasty junk, I will never go here again!
Great staff, great service!
Lovely little shop, always a good experience with the samoan lady. Shes always happy friendly and very helpful. If something is not there, she will ring around to see if any have been ordered or on their way. Never have a problem with any of the staff as they are always very helpful and always smiling.
Loved the huge range of items available in store the isle's are organized and it has good price as well!
Low prices but not in wide selection of products
Ordered a bracelet long before Xmas 2021 and have not received anything. Pretty dumb for putting my trust in this outlet.
Pathetic customer service guys doesn't know what is refund policy or exchange although receipt and shop policy doesn't say anything. Went to replace the gift guys were no you can't do it, upon asking a pathic ilitrate answer no just you can't exchange or refund. Even a Chinese shop do always exchange and refund. They are running business like an old typical Indian style business. No one care about customer service. Unexperienced sales staff. Not recommended not even coming back Mt roskill got Heaps of Dollar shop with way better options and quality. Waste of time and money. Thanks alot really disgusting and disappointing I wish shouldn't be giving even a 1 star.
