Best record shop in Melb!
Super friendly staff, a great range of stock, really good prices too!!
So I went in there recently to check their range of DVDs and blu ray. Couldn't believe my eyes. Possibly hundreds of them have had their slicks trimmed to fit into those ghastly super skinny cases. Not only ruining them but completely devaluing them, but still wanting the same dollars. I don't know what they are thinking. There is not a single collector who is going to want them. It would be like trimming a CD album to fit a CD single. DO NOT shop here for any movies. Go elsewhere.
Overpriced but more than that, the staff are so rude. Not friendly or inviting at all. Bad customer service. Won’t be back.
Most definitely will most likely have what your looking for or can help you find said products.
Fitzroy store was much better, been to Northcote couple of times now and selection quality is lower every time and some hideous prices. No acknowledging or friendliness from staff at all just ignorance. Wont be back.
I’ve just seen the new store in Northcote and it looks amazing. Staff are so friendly and the stock is brilliant. Just wow!
So many kinds and qulities of CDs LPs and DVDsquiet environment and kind salers .
Good selection but pricey. Some gems. Staff quite cold and unfriendly though, you get the feeling that asking for help or to, you know, pay for your finds is an great inconvenience to them. I’m not sure if this is just a trendy inner burbs thing or what but it’s not endearing. Much prefer Blackburn store - more range, much friendlier.
