Distill

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to hold our event! The venue has always been a favourite of ours and we finally had the chance to have an event here and it was amazing. All the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Definitely a night we won’t forget!

Absolutely love Distill! I had my 18th birthday there on the weekend and I wouldn't have wanted to go anywhere else. The upstairs area is rustic and has the best vibe. The staff are extremely friendly and you can tell they take pride in their jobs! 10/10 would recommend coming here for a party or even just during a night on the town.

Distill was quite the Rundle Street find on a Saturday night. One of the few places that offers a Friday and Saturday night happy hour from 6-9. $7 house spirits. We sat outside and enjoyed the drinks and the atmosphere. The staff were great.

Great on Friday nights, free entry with DJ Caig playing awesome tunes. A must to do in East End. Drink specials on and also a huge dance floor. Great vibes.

I could not have asked for a more friendly and professional team before and on the day. The grazing table was a huge success. Our guests were individually looked after and felt very special. Even the children loved their mock cocktails and the safe corner nook where they could play. Every aspect was happily accommodated. Thanks to Stewart for his attention to detail. I would certainly recommend anyone wanting a special day for their family to consider Distill.

Leaning more to a 3.5 than a 3 stars. The venue is quite nice though I find that for a place that now claims to specialize in cocktails and heavily advertises them, they had run out of all ingredients to do cocktails by 11.30 for a venue open till 3am. They also claim they are focusing on whiskey sours for winter huge signs over their bar and once again where out of eggs by 10pm. But the music upstairs was great and the line moved quickly to get up there too, generally clean for a club and staff are quite friendly, just a shame that half the reason you go there isn't available at a reasonable hour, hopefully they take their menus popularity into account soon when getting their stock so they can serve their amazing drink all night long. Great atmosphere setting. It's perfect for a cocktail with a hefty menu from old favourites to some modern concoctions. The drinks are fresh and made from the proper ingredients, rather than cheap alternatives, or mixers. The staff are friendly and helpful too!
