We enjoyed the degustation, and it was simply wonderful. The pork ribs were particularly tender and moist. Thank you for adjusting some choices to our liking. We thoroughly loved our dinner. A mention for the mulled wine my husband enjoyed, delicious. I loved my Yuzu Gimlet.

First time visiting Bendigo and was recommended The Dispensary by a friend. We thought we'd give it a go after reading a few reviews online, we were not disappointed. The food especially the scallops & crab/caviar spring rolls and service were exceptional. Finn, owner/server was legendary. His knowledge of the area, food and general chat really made the night for us, we'll be back :

Absolutely delightful place to duck in and get a cocktail. The staff are friendly and they make a beautiful old-fashioned. The whisky shelf is tidy too — stocked with some of the finest single malts around.

We had a fantastic evening here, staff know there stuff and make you feel very comfortable, highly recommended coming here, perfect romantic night, hidden down the lane way, we got the dispensary experience between us. Awesome night

I loved the funky atmosphere and excellent staff. The food was fine but perhaps not as good as the descriptions led us to expect.

We has the most wonderful experience here, the staff were absolutely amazing, the cocktails were top of the range and you could feel the love in the food and just all round. Thank you, when we visit Bendigo again we will be sure to return.

Energetic, welcoming and fun staff! Made the night interactive and engaging. Food was awesome, flavourful and different. Special mention to Laura, our host for the evening, she called us by our names and was thoroughly delightful all evening. We chose 'The Dispensary Experience' from the menu which gave us a huge and unknown selection of dishes brought to the table throughout the evening. Fantastic evening - we'll be back.
