Excellent service! dealt with the office staff who are very knowledgeable in their product. My shed is much cleaner and organised now that I'm using the long span shelving that I purchased from these guys. I have purchased from these guys a couple of times about a year apart. Both occasions I was greeted by enthusiastic, knowledgeable staff Simon and Jamie. They were both extremely helpful in showing me every shelving option available and worked with me until I was happy. Great value, great service and an awesome product. In the middle of the initial covid 19 lockdown I purchased a couple of sit stand desks. I dealt with the manager who's advice was second to none. His knowledge and expertise were more than helpful. I could not recommend these guys enough. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone, or business who requires professional advice on warehouse racking and storage equipment and office furniture. The sit stand desks are fantastic. Don't go past!
Got 3 bays of long span shelving for my garage. Service was top notch from enquiry, purchase and delivery. Products are great- very stable and look great also. So much better than the standard bunnings stuff. Highly recommend and will use again.
The team here are very friendly, efficient and knowledgable. I know my staff are in safe hands with the service and installation of all of our 3 & 4 bay high racking we've purchased. Wouldn't trust anyone else.
Thank you to Simon and the team at Direct Storage Systems for recently completing our new storage warehouse in Geelong. Simon and the team managed the whole process from start to finish which included fitting and supplying our new security system, office furniture, racking and storage bays, mezzanine levels and a forklift to assist with moving stock when required.

Not happy with being embarrassed in front of all of the workers in the factory while strapping down my shelving. Manager storms out after I walked into the office yelling about how I had dirt on my shoe. Extremely rude and do not reccommend anyone deal with this bloke.
