I was looking for something which I wasn’t even sure what I needed for my issues and Ambrose was so helpful with me! Felt like I had a personal consultation with many helpful recommendations!

Always can be relied on to provide great service. On my latest experience their staff went above & beyond. They observed that an optical viral infection was making life very difficult for me to function, took ownership of my problem by communicating with Eye Specialist directly to sort out issues in acquiring the prescribed hospital strength script, & obtained and delivered the product to me at home same day.  As I found, when presenting the same script at an outlet of an extensively advertised chemist group located in a nearby shopping centre & receiving no help at all, It's easy for a business to use an advertising agency to write empty accolades promoting itself. This business doesn't need that - their consistently high service level is confirmed by their satisfied customers.

I've made two orders online & l received in my first order free sample of about 10 different Mentos lollies & in my second order which l received yesterday Friday the 21st of June & l received a free sample of eyes drops by Nova Tears & they are very good but l don't normally buy as they more expensive than my normal Systane Balance.nOnly thing is that when delivered Shipit by Courier Please leave my parcel next to my front door mat & l was out & l have a lot of school kids walk pass as it was left at 3 pm but l never received a notification of delivery till 9.36am the next day.nI think Australia Post are much better with deliveries as if you're not home they take it to the post office.

For the past 5 years I’ve always had my flu vax here.staff from the counter to the pharmacist are very kind and helpful.they are always happy to serve you with a smile on their faces.Shout out to Candy who have done my past flu vax and to Wing yin Ambros Li both are fantastic,informative and gentle.KEEP UP THE GOOD JOB!! Thank You!!
