Although Chemist Warehouse Croydon Central is a smaller store, I had a fantastic experience shopping here. Vanessa was incredibly helpful, patient, and professional, guiding us to find the perfect perfume for my wife's birthday. Her knowledge and friendly attitude made the experience enjoyable.nnI also tested their return policy for a non-medicine, non-owned item due to a change of mind. While it required some management involvement, the process was ultimately successful, which I really appreciated.nnOverall, this store is a great asset to the community, offering good products and service. A few areas for improvement would be:nnMore staff during busy hours to reduce wait times.nnMore perfume testers to help customers choose the right scent.nnExtended opening hours for greater convenience.nnStill, a well-run store with helpful staff, and I’d happily shop here again!

This franchise is appalling.  No one on the counter to take scripts. After waiting several minutes,  I asked one of the floor staff for help,  the rude attitude I received was disgusting. If counter isn't attended, then gave a bell so the pharmacist knows someone is there.  Same issue when picking up scripts. They could certainly use some customer service training.  Shop is cramped and access down isles isn't easy when they are constantly restocking shelves.nMuch prefer direct chemist in main St. Staff are friendly and wait time is minimal.  Only ever use this chemist warehouse for convenience.

This branch is quite small, and the aisles are narrower, which gives it a claustrophobic feel. They also do not use buzzers, making the process more chaotic. On the other hand, the staff are nice and friendly. Merna, in particular, was very helpful today.

Very poor service and incompetent pharmacist, will never go back there, today I went to purchase my prescribed medication, I went there at 7.10 pm handed my prescription, within 10 minutes at 7.20 pm pharmacist on duty  cancelled my entire 3 repeat prescription without checking my last  purchase date, I bought from Chemist Warehouse last time,which was 24th Dec 24 ,  I think she is Incompetent ,has no initiative to check with patience I just went 2 days earlier to buy my medication,  she was instructing me  to doctor to get new prescription, It never happens with me before I am 63 yrs old I must have dropped 2 tablets, so I am reaching there 2 days earlier. They treat customers like process line. I am furious I need explanation for that,  from tomorrow I got no medication. I am hoping I will get doctors's appt, docs are so busy, in case I dont get appt I won't have medication from tomorrow.

Long wait times to pick up medications when ready. They can never find your order and pharmacists do not seem as knowledgeable and helpful as other pharmacies. Other chemist warehouses are much better.
