I had the worst experience at this chemist I believe I have ever had anywhere. I was going in to collect an IUD an otherwise very quick and efficient script to fill as it comes prepackaged in a box and was stuffed around for 2 HOURS. The communication between the pharmacists and I and the pharmacists and each other was appalling and extremely inefficient. I had to speak to 5 different people of whom had not communicated with the person I had spoken to previously meaning I had to continuously explain my situation. They had absolutely no idea what they were doing and were asking for a streamline number in order to fill the script. I had to call my surgeon for assistance, who had no idea what they were talking about, as the script had all the necessary information and did not require any such number. My surgeon then instructed me to go to another chemist which I did. The other chemist took a total of 5 MINUTES to process my script, pass it to me and check me out and pay for it. TWO HOURS of my life was wasted by this chemist who were instructing me to provide a number that WASN’T EVEN NEEDED to fill the script. I had to seek out them in order for any updates on the progress of my script and if I hadn’t left and gone to another a chemist I would most definitely still be waiting there. If you don’t want to sit and waste hours of your life talking in circles with people who do not know what they are doing I would suggest avoiding this chemist.

Shocked with the attitude of the staff member. She tall lady charged me 3times the price of the product I bought and refused to apologise for a her mistake, and the polite gentleman from her team had to step in and apologise for the big blunder she made. Ripping off customers is not a good reputation you want to have. BUT refusing to apologise for doing that is shocking.nDisappointed customer

Good system in place for scripts. I like how they can keep your script on file so you don't need to take it in for the next repeat.nnGreat savings and product range. Customer service is great!

Haven't had to talk with any pharmacists here but the regular staff up front were kind, quick and helpful when I asked the location of some items I wanted.

After 5 days of a pretty nasty man flu and a couch that just would not give me a break, I popped into Chemist warehouseCroydon Central  to get some stronger couch relief meds. Lydia M helped me in the right direction. lots of questions to make sure I was getting what could help me . She was extremely professional, whilst consulting with the pharmacist to make sure what I was getting was appropriate and targeted ,she was understanding, kind, courteous and I will definitely return when needed to get her awesome guidance. She also gave a generous dose  of a  little empathy and that can be the cheapest and best medicine. Cheers again Lydia M, see you next time.nRon A
