Yummy and super awesome local fish n chip shop. Lamb souvlaki was amazing, very tender meat and fresh pita. Also, the calamari were very nice, thin batter and very meaty. I loved the chips, crunchy on the outside and soft in the middle. The photo is of minimum chips, such a large portion! Highly recommended!
Ripped off that's all I can say. After going to Dinah parade for many years I've noticed the last few times quantity and quality has decreased dramatically. Let's start. Chips are oily as and the chicken salt tastes like salt. Potato cakes are more like batter cakes. Where's the potato inside it? The fish is 3mm thick. May as well just eat the flour. And then to top it off prices have gone up too! Not sure if it's the new Asian influence in the shop but seems like a takeover is imminent. You've lost this long term customer and with prices going up everywhere I hope others realise what a tip off you've become.
Local fish and chippery where the food is always fresh and tasty. Very generous sizes and his bake for money. The girl at the front taking orders is incredibly friendly and always smiling.Food: 4/5

The best Fish n Chips in the Inner North West. Never too greasy, cooked to perfection. Only draw back is the wait time, but they're sooo worth it!

An update on the review 3 years back. Prices are up understandable the special flake is got thinner this time around from 4 stars I give it 3. We had fish & chips from this place a few times perfectly deep fried fish so were the chip and potato cakes, friendly staff, atmosphere good very busy on a friday take away only prices are reasonable.
Great fish the best Hamburger with in the lot in the northern suburbs. Need to get a better phone system comes up as Thomas town fish and chips when you Google it. Friday nights are just impossible to place an order on the phone. They just don't answer.
