I ordered online from these guys because they had the best prices and available stock. First time I ordered and paid for express shipping I got no updates for a full week. I called and they let me know that they unfortunately had no stock. I paid to apply for a refund. I gave them then the benefit of the doubt and tried a differnt product with them. Same deal, product available, took my payment along with express shipping. A few days later, nothing. So, I called again. The reply, yes we are sorry we don't have that in stock. The guy was polite and helpful enough but he did point out that the online store has no way of tracking availability or stock levels. So it's a complete roll of the dice if they have your order or not. I personally find this very, very frustrating and will not use them again.
I've know about this online store when I'd started to look out for changing my camera system. I'm a Canon boy, now I want to try something new and different. I've found this store and they have a lot of gears with good prices for my go-to Fujifilm system. And I've started to buy many from them. Love the serivces of this shop. No things to complain about. Great prices and a lot of great products.
DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. Go in-store or call one of the physical store to check stock before ordering. Ordered a Lens online that was listed as In-Stock, with express shipping. Was invoiced and money taken from my account the same day. A days later I got a security check email, informing me that they would be taking a small amount out my account, then refund it and I needed to reply with the amount. They then proceeded to not to take the small amount out, I waited 2 days and called to get them to process it. After they proceed it I responded on the same day. I then waited another 2 days and no response again. I tried multiple times to call their online store phone number, but wasn't able to get through to anyone. I then proceeded to call their Brisbane shop and was informed that there was indeed no stock of the lens in any of their stores or warehouses. The person in store was very helpful and is assisting with a refund. Online store is not accurate and not repsonsive, would not order online again.
DigiDirect is my preferred supplier of a range of equipment options. The team are excellent and I always feel a valued customer. I would only ever deal with a store and I think that is worth noting.
This company sells items on it's website that are out of stock. I purchased an item and was not advised it was out of stock for more that a week. I suggested an alternate product or a refund. They did not answer. Again I emailed - this time they advised the alternate item on their website was ALSO out of stock!! and then they obfuscated regarding a refund. I gave an ultimatum re a refund - no reply again. I had to dispute the charge with my bank. DO NOT purchase from this company - they sell items that are out of stock, their communication is unacceptable and they will not refund your money. NIL Stars.
I have no experience with their in-store experience. My online shopping experience with them however… They allowed me to buy an item they didnt have in stock with the option for express post. Then 6 days later they tell me the product has actually been discontinued. Im now a grand out of pocket waiting for my money back so I can start the process again somewhere else, its already been 3 days since I asked for a refund too. 9 days with no computer and counting because I chose to buy from this company.
Horrible experience, Ordered 2 items in express shipping, received an email 5 days later telling me that the products were not available and that it would take an extra 2 weeks for the items to be ordered from their supplier. It seems to be a frequent issue with their customers which they apparently aren’t learning from. I sent an email to the support team to request a refund, 5 days have passed and I still haven’t heard back. I am now calling the support team, and still waiting after 30min for anybody to answer. If you consider buying anything from them, run away!
The absolute worst experience I've ever had with purchasing online. I placed an order on black Friday with two items that were supposedly in stock, and paid for express shipping. After not hearing anything on order for 2 days, despite paying express, I reached out to be informed that only one of my items was in stock. I required both of my items immediately so requested to cancel my order for a refund. IT HAS NOW BEEN 9 DAYS TO NOT ONE RESPONSE ON ORDER / REFUND OR ANY STATUS AS ALL. Honestly, I am not one to leave bad reviews as most of the time, I have empathy for the business as I am a business owner myself. But this level of incompetence and poor customer service I cannot step over and am absolutely taken back. Negative 5 stars.
