This is the best daycare for pups and dogs. Harley our 2 year old TT has been coming here for nearly a year. He started off as a shy and sometime reactive boy, but quickly grew in confidence. He LOVES the team who are all huge dog lovers - Stef, Whitney and the groomers - and especially LOVES the amazing dogs. I have peace of mind knowing he is being looked after as the team match the right energy dogs together. I highly recommend this amazing place.
My puppy loves Diggity Dog, staff are soooo good! always feel comfortable leaving him there in good hands...report cards are a laugh a minute..picture attached of how he ends up after a day at Diggity! thanks crew!
My puppy Bryn has been coming here once a week for a few weeks now and he’s always very excited whenever we come in through the door, so I’m confident that he likes the service. From my perspective the staff are always an absolute dream to speak to and all clearly have a deep love and respect for dogs. They also post pictures of your dog on a private group so that you can see them and you get a little report of your dogs day which is a nice touch. Right now I feel very confident leaving my dog with the team and hope to be a satisfied customer for years to come. EDIT I’ve been taking Bryn for a year now and he’s still scrambling to get in the building as soon as we arrive so he must still be enjoying it. The team are consistent with their attentive approach to customer service and I couldn’t feel more comfortable leaving my dog with them. Cheers guys.
My little girl Izzy loves it here. The staff are very friendly and Izzy loves them so much. Anywhere else I leave her she cries when I walk away. When we arrive at diggity she doesn’t even look back. She has a lot of energy and can be a handful but the staff are never bothered by it, they seem to love her even more for it! She’s a more settled, happy dog after she has been there for a day. Highly recommend to anyone looking for dog day care.
Coming to Diggiddy is Monty's favourite thing to do. He just loves everyone there, staff and doggie companions. He tells everyone all about it on the car journey in, and can hardly wait to get in the door and start having fun. He enthusiastically joins in all activities and his behaviour and socialisation have improved greatly during the years he has attended Diggiddy. It is a great outlet for his boundless energy, and then he comes home and chills out, as you can see! Thanks for being there everyone at Diggiddy. xxx
The first time my little Pippi's day care experience at the ripe old age of 11! She was a little timid at first and didn't really join in. The staff had her in a area on her own and slowly introduced new friends to her, whilst she got used to the environment and was not overwhelmed. I am pleased to say that after just two visits, Pip is very happy to attend. The staff are very caring, friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Diggidy!
Love the staff here. The place seems very clean and I like that there are cameras where you can see what you dog is up to while they go to collect him. Liked the way the assessed the pup first, the booking system and the report cards. Very professional.
Many times you think to yourself ‘that was a good place/service, I really should do a review...’ but you never do. Not this time! Diggiddy Doggy Daycare is absolutely amazing. We had some trades at our place and needed somewhere safe and fun for our dog to be. Read the reviews and made a call and booked in our dog. We couldn’t have been more impressed with the quality of service and the genuine care each employee shows all the dogs! We subsequently bought a pack of visits and have even used their transportation service. I’d give this 6 stars if I could! Worth every cent.
Best doggy day care in Melbourne! My pup absolutely loves coming here and can't contain his excitement. The staff are lovely and provide fantastic care and customer service. Don't even bother looking for another care centre. This is it!
Diggiddy Doggy Daycare is the best - my girl absolutely loves coming here. The staff are caring and fun, exactly who you'd want your pup to be spending the day with - they are dog lovers through and through - your furry friend will be in the safest hand.
