I needed same-day service to repair the pictured damaged water pipes and contacted a few local tradies. Andrew was willing to come to my home in the late afternoon after an already full day to fix the problem. The pipes were fixed properly and the brick wall was repaired. I recommend this business.
Andrew arrived on time and did a first class job replacing my old storage hot water heater with an instantaneous one. His supplier couldn't give him the Rinnai 20 I wanted so he upgraded me to the 26 at no extra charge. The installation is very neat and the area was left spotless as if nobody had been there, highly recommended.
Big thank you to Andrew he was on time reliable and professional fixed our water leak under our driveway replaced the brick paving and cleaned up would highly recommend
Just want to say a huge thanks to Andrew for rectifying our hot and cold water pipes as it burst at 3 am on a Sunday. He was able to be there on Monday and worked efficiently to recyify the issue. I could not be happier with the fantastic, prompt and efficient service I received from Dianella Plumbing & Gas. The price for fixing my burst hot water pipe was simply amazing, especially when compared against other quotes I received from the 'big' plumbing companies. I would not hesitate to use your service should I need any further plumbing or gas work in the future- thanks guys you should be proud of the work you do.
I was prescribed these plumbers from my real estate agent. They came and replaced 2 month old taps for a cheaper version and took mine back for a refund. I haven’t seen the refunded money. The new taps installed continued to leak so they ‘fixed’ it again. Still leaking. Dianella plumbing and gas have now refused to come back to fix or replace the taps under warranty, nor have they provided a refund. Very disappointing and would not recommend the services.
Very reliable and professional service offered, Dianella Plumbing and Gas completed all my kitchen, bathroom and laundry work on my home renovation. Great job and would highly recommend
