Steve & Kay were brilliant, as were the installation team! Exceptional service from start to finish. Accommodated our relative small job 2x bedrooms and found a date for install that worked for us both. Steve was all over the communications as the date neared. Turned up exactly when they said they would. Couldn't have asked for a better experience! So glad we chose a family owned local business. This is the second time I've had my whole house carpeted by Diamond Valley Carpets. Once again I was delighted with the excellent service by Steve and his team. I was able to take multiple carpet samples home, and there was no pressure to make a quick decision. I especially appreciated being able to have the carpet laid over two days which reduced the inconvenience to me. My new carpet both looks and feels fabulous. Highly recommended.

We visited several flooring outlets in the area and were not convinced or happy with any. We stumbled onto Diamond Valley Carpets and were very pleasantly surprised. They are friendly, professional, reliable and competitively priced. They answered and addressed all of our questions and concerns. They were available and responded immediately, kept us informed and ran to schedule. Floors were excellently and expertly installed by Ryan. Steve and Ryan are awesome, highly recommend this local family business.
We recently purchased timer floors from Steve's business. His customer service was oustanding, nothing was too much trouble to help us pick the right wood and colour for our project. Steve also has the most amazing installer work with him, Ryan took up our old tiled floors, and did an excllent job installing our new floating floors. Ryan's workmanship was first class. I was kept up to date on progress throughout each stage of the project and we are thrilled with the result. I would highly recommend a visit to Steve's store for anyone looking for carpet or wood floors.
Dealing with DVC was a pleasure from start to finish. Steve was very flexible with my 2 phase timeline and worked in with my requests. Communication was great and he was very professional. I would not hesitate in recommending Steve and his team to transform the floors in your home. I love mine!
I would have no hesitation in recommending Steve and the staff at Plenty Valley Carpets to anyone in need of carpeting. We had the guys install new carpet in the three bedrooms of the house we were renovating and could not be happier. The project was completed over two separate installation dates, with no fuss, at the times we were promised and, just to help even further, the balance of the carpet not installed on the first visit was stored by the guys in their warehouse for twelve months.
