My Husband Vince has sourced blocks for our retaining wall from Paveworld Campbellfield. The quality of the team there is second to none both upfront when selecting the materials but more importantly a few minor quality issues were handled professionally and quickly. You can trust these guys to look after you from start to finish of your project.
Pave world Campbellfield are absolutely fantastic. Wade spent so much time with us - listening to us and helping us choose the exact product we wanted for the look we wanted to end up with once completed. Customer service was second to none, knowledge, time and effort was 100 percent and nothing was too much of an ask. The tiles were delivered to us in perfect timing and oh my goodness they are even better than we imagined once laid. Would recommend them again and again. Thanks to all at paveworld Campbellfield.
I called yesterday and spoke to I think the young man’s name was Kyle. What a legend! I called with a difficult question regarding a discontinued paver. He said he’d look into it. An hour later he calls me back. He’s found some discontinued pavers at the warehouse for me. Absolutely saved my bacon. Great job! Highly Recommend Paver World Campbellfield!
Service was good throughout however the three pallets of new pavers I received turned out to be two completely different colours once laid. When I asked for an explanation Pave World staff and management blamed the installer saying he should have mixed the colours in together when laying. Clearly as the photo shows that no amount of mixing would have blended these colours together. i do not believe it is the installer's fault as the colour difference wasn't evident until the pavers dried. I'm left with a mess on the front of my house which will need to be pulled up and laid again. I would recommend not using this business as they clearly have sent the wrong pavers and refuse to correct their error.
My husband and I recently paved our back courtyard and I was given the task of finding the pavers. I started by looking locally but unfortunately found that they either 1 didn't answer their phone; 2 didn't bother to get off their chair when I entered their premises; or 3 were far too expensive. I then found PaveWorld online and gave them a call. I noticed the difference in their customer service straight away! The girl who answered the phone was absolutely delightful and took the time to explain the difference between the sizes, materials and quality of the pavers. I was concerned about ordering 2nds so she even had her boss Steve contact me to provide reassurance. I was initially not going to go through PaveWorld as they were a 40 minute drive from my home but it was definitely worth the trip! I met Steve in the office and he was unbelievably friendly and took the time to walk me around the yard and show me the different pavers. He even let me take a couple of different colours home to show my husband. We ended up going with 2nds and out of 33sqm we probably had only 2sqm that had chips and cracks we still could have cut them to fill in gaps but we were too lazy and decided to use pebbles instead!. Really, really impressed with this company and their exceptional customer service. We have just purchased another home and will definitely use them again for future paving needs.
Terrible customer service dealing with "James". No respect or any idea of how to talk to customers. My order of brand new pavers was received and was a pallet of horrid broken seconds. As a tradie it cost me a lot of time and money, James's response "what's your problem?" Never again, you've lost our business permanently! Just a warning to future customers.
i have to say dealing with Pave world was amazing, We got recommended to them by a friend and let me say what a wonderful experience, the stone we chose is absolutely stunning, Wade came to our home and helped us out with a natural stone, nothing was a bother he couldn't do enough for us, he recommended a landscaper to lay the stone and equally he Gary is as good as Wade. Highly recommended don't waste your time looking elsewhere as there are people out there trying to pass off lower grade stone as first grade, Wade took the time to show us seconds compared to 1 st class and his stone is far the best, well done to the whole team you guys have a wonderful business, we will be dealing with them again and again. best wishes Lou

I was impressed by the reviews I read here and so checked out Pave World. I was not disappointed. Good range, well priced and really friendly helpful staff. If you leave smiling, you know it was good.
