The type of school to victim blame and tell students to sort out any issues with other students themselves. A horrible year where teachers were ignoring our son and then complaining if he was struggling with anything. He never wanted to be in class and went from being ahead in subjects to behind. Some absolutely feral parents such as one dad who is abusive in the school car park if he has to wait 3 seconds to pass the drop off point. More supervision is required around the entire school. Thankfully our son is thriving at his new school with supportive and competent teachers.
Our family had a very hard time attending DCE. The principle cohort was not open to accepting and acting on feedback from parents and not in a timely fashion. They weren't able to identify that my child was academically 18mths behind, they stated that he wasn't behind enough to seek any additional assistance despite him having a diagnosed Learning Disability. I wouldn't recommend this school from our experience.
AMAZING!! I know there are kinda bad reviews but this school Is very kind. As a student myself all the teachers are kind and very funny. The principal walks around the school to see if anyone is bad. I really recommend going here even though there is bad reviews. I want yo go school EVERYDAY
Our children love it. Children seem to be well supported here. Cyber awareness training for students and parents is great. Had increased my rating as before I was unsure if the school was willing to take on new tasks like cyber training and to my surprise they went that extra mile and funded a proper program! Well done DCE ! ! Proud of ya. Response to CoVid-19 was well thought out during this challenging time and they did the best they could with the limited experience and exposure to this situation. Only jab is Canteen is too accessible and definitely limited actual healthy options.
It is a great school I am in grade 5. It has amazing teachers, great principle, awesome education and all the students get along with others great
