Story

Many dentists these days are out for the big selling of treatment, which is unfortunate. As a clinical consultant at the Unversity of Melbourne Dental School, Dr Raymond Khong teaches high ethical standards to all his students, reminding them that dentistry is healthcare, not a retail store.
Dr Raymond also dedicates a lot of time to volunteer dental work, and has travelled to Cambodia and Peru, providing free dental treatment and education to village children, and many adults too.

18 months ago I changed dentists, to Diamond Creek Dental Clinic and couldn't be happier. Great modern facilities and technology. The service and results are on point. I've had a root canal done, mouthguard made and fillings. All done with expertise and a friendly attitude. Highly recommend!!!
They were amazing. It has only been 17 years since I had been to the dentist. Had a tooth ache that had been giving me a fair bit of pain for about 5 weeks. Explained everything every step of the way. Now a couple of days later after it's all settled down pain free. Highly recommend. Nice fresh clean rooms, relaxed atmosphere.
Great friendly staff. Excellent communication around appointment times and clear pricing. Dentist had great rapport with me. Talked me through the whole appointment and was efficient. Very clean, great waiting area with beautiful fish. Highly recommended.
The dentist I was given recommended that I do a root canal, without even looking at the tooth. 3 other dentists said that this was just because he was trying to squeeze money out of it, and that a root canal was not a good option at the time. Furthermore, he cut too deep into what was left of my real tooth in order to make room for his procedure, which has weakened my tooth even more. This has made it harder for other dentists to operate, and has meant that my tooth's future is less optimistic. He did not seem to have my tooth's best interests at heart.
Im happy with the service i got from these guys. Right through from the start of booking an appointment, until the end when my back toothache's fixed. I felt very comfortable with the dentist here and he answered all of my questions with reassurance that i will be ok. Exactly what i needed as i normally dread going to the dentist. Definitely recommend them to everyone.
I’ve never liked visiting Dentists. Since I’ve found the Diamond Creek Dental Clinic that’s changed, Dr Raymond Khong takes the time to explain to me what’s happening and what he is doing. I never feel rushed or like I’m part of a production line. The experience is so good that I take my kids and both enjoy the visit so much they look forward to going. A hassle and stress free dental visit who knew. Seriously I can’t say enough good things about this clinic.
Really good experience. Needed an emergency extraction and they got us in within 30 mins of calling, it was all done and dusted in less than an hour. Very professional, highly recommend
Had my three wisdom teeth extracted here by Dr Raymond Khong, great professional service by him and his friendly staff, put me at ease at all stages throughout what I thought would be a difficult and painful procedure. Highly recommend

Lovely practice. We always get great friendly service and never have to wait too long. Makes going to the dentist almost pleasant.
