It seems these days people are a bit lax with customer service, however I have found a company that excels in making sure everything was perfect!!  The team at Devonport Flowers were absolutely fantastic.  I live in Wellington and my mum lives in Auckland - it was her birthday and I needed to send her flowers.  I ordered through the website and the process was simple.  I got a message back telling me they had received the order and it was processing and then one to tell me they were sent.  Mum was so taken aback by how beautiful they were she sent me a photo.  They were absolutely stunning.  Thanks so much ... you guys rock!!

All I can say is - you are fantastic. You walked the talk. You did exactly what you said you were going to do - in fact you did more by offering the personal delivery. You have made a woman who is thousands of miles away in Qatar very happy. A super thank you. My parents are so happy with the flower arrangement and gift basket. My mother is not easy to impress and you did it. Thank you.
