Delicious desserts and a good portion size. You can actually go here and get desserts as your main dish if you’re a sweet tooth. Heaps of fruits on there but a little bit too sweet, even for me It gets very busy, crowded and loud in here, so be prepared.
Spacious place for dessert in chinatown. Getting popular as they normally open late, so pretty convenient. The service was mixed depending on the staffs. We were welcomed by a very rude girl who pointed us to a table and she literally threw the menu on the table. We all, and even the customers from the next table were super surprised by her behaviour. However, the girl who took our order and did the payment was super nice and friendly. Food was just so so, nothing is special. If we have other options available, will probably not come back here.
Lovely dessert spot located in Chinatown, great interior and comfortable lighting and lots of options in reasonably good portions for the price. My mango pomelo sago in coconut milk was beautifully balanced by the green tea ice cream - so delicious! And service was quick. Unfortunately with almost every mouthful I was getting uncooked tapioca pearls so uncooked they were still the white dried balls but it didn’t affect the flavour so it remained an enjoyable experience. Will come back again to try their crushed ice series
Was excited to try this dessert place, but only to be disappointed. Don’t expect to get what you pay for either, and it comes with bad customer service. It took some time for the desserts and cooked food to come out, and had asked a waitress that walked by. Her reply was that she works in the kitchen and I would have to go to the front and ask about the dessert but completely ignored where my popcorn chicken was. Seriously joking right? The mango pomelo sago with coconut dessert, all you could taste was just the sugar. The coconut milk was a bit bland and what’s even more disappointing is the 1/2 teaspoon or so of mango and pomelo. It was not worth getting. The taro and sweet potato series was also very bland. You couldn’t taste much of the toppings, and honestly Meet Fresh does better than this. The spicy popcorn chicken wasn’t even spicy, it was just salty. Though the chicken was tender but it was so hard to eat because it was just too salty that it was left untouched after eating one chicken. The tea egg just had no tea flavour. At the end of the day, was just disappointed with this dessert place. Def not coming back, not worth the value of their desserts.
DESSERT DONE RIGHT I was feeling like a fatty so some dessert post dinner was due. They were super busy , but we still got served fast which is nice. Loud and busy atmosphere depends on the day and time though. Ordering done at the counter for efficiency. It definitely works. Food came out fast. Sub 5 minutes. Presentation was nice. Food was very tasty. Shaved ice as good as its going to get in Melbourne. We ordered the mango and strawberries. Its far better in south east asia though. The menu is big and they offer hot and cold. Fairly reasonably priced. 15$ each Overall we were in n out in 30 minutes. Pretty solid effort considering how busy they were. Easy to find. Hard to get parking - city Would recommend and definitely return.
It's 35 degrees in Melbourne at the moment and we just wanted to just have something cold and we ended up in this joint. It was very busy and people and queueing to get in. Luckily it only took us 5 minutes and we managed to sit in. The order is about 15 minutes wait and my partner smashed his strawberry dessert and he was impressed by it. Mine is simple but so refreshing . Highly recommended and has a lot of seatings inside. Locate din China Town.
Situated in China town. Good light desserts. Not overly sweet. You can order a few dishes and get sharing plates to share, which was nice. Reasonably priced, except for the crushed ice ones. Was quite crowded but the food turned up within a reasonable time. Given the chance, Will go again to try few other options. Ordered sago with matcha ice cream and pomelo - only about five strands of pomelo in my dish
Doesn't give the same quality of the dessert shop on the same spot that it replaced. ---So I feel bad that my fave dessert from 2018 is not being serve in this place. So I decided to look for another dessert with coconut cream on it. Adding this dessert in this comment.
Compared with other Taiwanese desserts places, here you can get good portion with reasonable price. Plenty options for both ice and warm choices.
They have a wide selection of desserts, ranging from tofu to shaved ice. Their best seller of the traditional jelly dessert was really yummy. It serves with taro balls, tapioca pearls, black jelly, shaved ice and cream.
