Been coming to this gym for a few years now and have tolerated the neglect of the equipment and facility up till now. Seems to just get worse and worse. And it only seems to affect the Melton gym as well. All the other ones I've been to have been getting improvements.nnToday, a huge chunk of the equipment is locked out. Pretty much no bench press/smith machine access.nnPlus, with the recent changes to operating hours it seems the only thing they have that's 24/7 is problemsnnI give some stars as the staff are actually very helpful and accommodating. It's a shame they have to deal with this too
It's a real shame they've neglected maintenance. On a regular day, there's plenty of space and variety of machines and equipment available. Decent parking options. Ground level is nice. As soon as it rains however, it pours, and the top level of the gym is leaking quite badly in several areas see attached just 2 of the many leaks. The gym becomes hazardous and the owners seem to have no plans or regard for repair. Instead, makeshift buckets are placed haphazardly. Very unsafe. Added to that, the gym is no longer 24/7.
I joined this gym because I was told it would be open 24/7, which really suited my schedule — but that hasn’t been the case. It’s disappointing when expectations don’t match reality, especially when time flexibility was the main reason I signed up.nnThe gym itself has potential, but the bathrooms aren’t well maintained and some of the machines are either broken or not in great condition. It makes it hard to get a proper workout in when equipment isn’t working as it should!nnReally hope to see improvements soon — better maintenance and clearer communication would make a big difference.
So many people paying $200 or less for a yearly membership and expecting their butt wiped. Lots of equipment here you never have to wait. Great large space so youre not cramped and majority of the staff are always friendly.
I joined this gym in Melton two months ago, largely based on their advertised promise of 24-hour access. Unfortunately, this has yet to be fulfilled. Each week, members are told that 24-hour access will begin “next week,” but it still hasn’t happened.nnAdditionally, there are ongoing concerns with cleanliness and hygiene. There are no paper towels available for members to wipe down equipment, and overall cleaning standards appear below what you’d expect specially when compared to other gyms in the area.nnWhile the gym seems focused on increasing membership numbers, the quality of service and attention to hygiene need significant improvement.
