I visited Dept Main Roads Helensvale today, I needed help with down loading my electronic licence. The lovely lady at # 1 station, was outstanding. She is the technical expert. Her knowledge was incredible, she went over and beyond to help me. She was patient, polite, helpful and lovely. It took a while to do as my husband had used my phone instead of his. This lady calmly solved all my issues, pleasant and happy. This amazing lady deserves the highest praise. Absolutely outstanding!! While I was watching her fix my issue other staff interacted with her and each person respected each other & were always cheerful. Congratulations to a great team!! Thank you again for helping me.
Stacey was beautiful and super helpful. It was my first time transferring plates to my name and she was extremely patient and understanding with me. Jamie on the other hand, was extremely rude. I was very disappointed with his service. I always try to be happy and nice towards everyone but he made me feel like I was stupid from the get go, no expressions on his face and was super belittling towards me. I am grateful to have had Stacey there as she was my comfort person to talk too after that experience. I was too scared to confirm with Jamie if everything had been sorted so made my way back to Stacey to confirm. Bittersweet experience.
The TMR can sometimes be a pain with waiting and trying to get the right forms or questions answered. Well I had the most wonderful experience dealing with Alley what a breath of fresh air happy courteous polite friendly amazing! Alley helped me with my original reason I was there but then also went above and beyond to just get three different things done without hesitation and nothing was a problem. She swapped my personal plates over she transferred the registration over as I was selling the car to my daughter and she changed my daughters address as she had recently moved all without any problem or issues and the whole time with a smile so thank you Alley for making what is normally a tedious process an enjoyable and friendly experience. Please pass on my gratitude and thanks to Alley she is an absolute asset to the Helensvale team.
Needed to pick up some vehicle transfer forms as selling car privately. Found the forms and wanted to confirm that I had the correct ones. Walked up to the counter and was assisted by a smiling, welcoming and professional young lady who explained everything I needed to do correctly. Not a trouble for her at all. Very pleasant experience from previous dealings with government departments. A lesson to be learned.
Just wanted to commend the Helensvale branch on the excellent service and follow up I received with an issue I had with my car registration. Special thanks to Darpan who was patient and understanding and saved me a lot of trouble. I went to the branch at midday on a Friday and only waited for 12 minutes before my number was called and my matter was resolved. Thanks for making a stressful situation a lot less stressful.
