I had go into this branch to put my car on pensoners registration,nfilled I the appropriate form & waited maybe 7 minutes. The lady who sorted it out was absolutely lovely & explained I was due a credit, much to my surprise. But after reading the negative reviews I just want to say that I honestly could not be happier with my dealings with them. The genuine acting to help & sincerely were nice. Thank you all.nAs an after note, they are as nice as the Lawnton Brisbane branch .
I went to test for my Provisional License and had such a kind, helpful, understanding and encouraging examiner named Garth who was incredibly fair and just a very genuine nice guy. Attending your driving test can be quite daunting and he really does his best to make the whole experience less intimidating. I highly recommend going for your Provisional License test at Kingaroy with this wonderful man I can attest he will treat you fairly and while also judging your driving skills sufficiently!
Presented to book provisional driving test for D after trying booking online repeatedly as receiving ‘no available bookings’ no matter what date or time was entered.nServed in Kingaroy office by the rudest woman I think I have ever encountered.
I presented this morning to lodge application for Photo ID card. I received some of the best customer service I have ever encountered in my life 72 years. Lady was just so polite, understanding and professional. Cannot see her name on receipts I hold....but....as I faced the service counter, she was on far right. Customer reference number....20017244. Would not dare try to guess her age! Brown hair.
If only it was possible to give this place a 0 star rating because that is what it deserves. Staff can be rude, unhelpful and have little knowledge of what they should know. Everytime I've been forced to use this service there has been a line out the door and only one of the three counters open with the rest of the staff in the back room socialising. A great example of tax dollars at work.
