Had to visit Centrelink Kingaroy recently with my elderly mother. Was pleasantly surprised with friendly and helpful staff. This made our visit so much less stressful dealing with paperwork I had spent many hours the night and day before, trying to make head or tail of.

Don't bother. Had a 1 HR appointment. Everything done in the 1 hr appointment was immediately lost or not done at all. 6 weeks later and the issue still isn't fixed. Lazy untrained, unapologetic could not care attitude from all staff.

Once again fantastic staff, unbelievable service, outstanding helpfullness - Thanks Jamie for making my visit totally stress free !!!

usless, was meant to get my payment yesterday and its still not in and thay put my "payday" to a Friday so i gotta wait till Monday to go in bunch of dogs honestly useless

I lost my job to covid and have been waiting for my online claim, i got rejected, walked to kingaroy and told them whats happening and how im struggling, 2 bystanders come up and gave me 20$ each in support and the worker at the door approved my claim within minutes,  you kind people deserve the absolute best in life and il be sure to pay forward the help ive recieved today.  thank you so much

If you don't have an appointment you wait forever. Very understaffed.
