Not sure anyone LIKES filling out forms ,waiting in line ,hoping you've got the numbers right etc then handing over your hard earned for an intangible piece of paper ...but if you've got to do it ,then may as well be greated at the door by a friendly security guy ,sit in a well air-conditioned room ,have you your business dealt with by a friendly ,problem solving person who make you feel as if your business was worth getting right ...thankyou number one desk person .

Staff are great, but how is it that I had to literally hold 2 pens to sign renewing a DL after pushing a screen and there is NOWHERE to sanitise my hands??...in a government building during Covid and a terrible Flu season. I just think that is so wrong and no, I am not a paranoid type but some things are pretty obvious

Customer service Carol as Always was first class and as usual made me feel comfortable and cared about as an individual not just a person needed to be attended to quickly because it was closing time. Carol's knowledge of all aspects of the Department is phenomenal and it's a pleasure to be attended to the by her every time I go to the there as I am sure all the staff are. I am proud to share this with the community and hope that you will all show them the respect they deserve in every way.
