First of all, the staff member who supported me today was 5/5. The 1 star review is for the department's greed. I paid a full 12 month rego at the end September, my vehicle was then stolen mid-October and unrecovered by Police. When I proceeded to cancel the rego, the staff member backdated the claim to 16/10, and I still only got 1/4 of my rego back. The department retained the majority for 'fees' despite me me no longer even having a vehicle on the road. On the back of poor and greedy treatment by my vehicle insurer as well. Disgraceful.
Sooooooo slownI decided to edit my review due to the absolutely wonderful staff member that I finally approached and understood why staff were soooo slow! I guess that in order to do a job correctly, it takes time and effort, kindness, and approachability. In today's society, I guess we are all so rushed and time starved that we have come to expect things to be done in a timely manner.nYesterday, I was taken back 30 years where people took the time to do things right, be kind, and all that I have mentioned above. I want to thank the staff member that I approached for taking me back that 30 years and allowing me to remember a time now long forgotten. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR BEING SOOOOOOO SLOWnPlease do not change the way you do things!
I’ve been to Maryborough RTA on a number of occasions and have been very lucky to be served by Karen. What a wonderful staff member, helpful, polite and very knowledgeable as are all staff there. What a cracker work environment these guys must have. Thank you so much Karen.
All staff appeared to be efficient.n25 minute wait seemed to be largely due to the Optus breach which is obviously not the norm.nIt was the reason I was there and the person that served me knew exactly what was required.nWaiting area is too smallnFor this type.of business I was happy with the service compared to services in Sydney
Everytime I've visited there, the staff are always happy and very helpful and your not left waitung for very long at all.
