We urgently needed some paperwork relating to our vehicle but, due to being on holidays, could not access it at home. We therefore visited the Maryborough Dept of Transport to request assistance. Having arrived early in the morning, the building was near-empty, and we were promptly served by Kathleen. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to assist. After a short wait, the relevant document was completed and printed, allowing us to return to the more traditional aspects of our holiday. The whole experience was positive and helped us out tremendously. Thank you.
All staff appeared to be efficient. 25 minute wait seemed to be largely due to the Optus breach which is obviously not the norm. It was the reason I was there and the person that served me knew exactly what was required. Waiting area is too small For this type.of business I was happy with the service compared to services in Sydney
Very busy with people getting there licence fixed due to Optus crisis, staff were amazing. The lady on desk 4 just kept smiling and was so nice when it was my turn. Well done to the staff that was managing the desks on Wednesday 28th October

My number was called before I had finished filling out the new registration form, and I was back out the door within 15 minutes.... I was expecting to be a lot longer
Courteous and professional interaction. Ladies on the customer service counter managed to maintain composure and be happy given a full csc centre. Hats off to them.
Always greeted with quick and friendly service, staff friendly and helpful.
I've had to go out to the Maryborough CSC centre several times this wk & the ladies have gone above and beyond for their customer service....so Many many thanks
Arrived to find quite a few people waiting to be served, got through reasonably quickly.
They are very very busy the poor buggers job well done
